(hereinafter referred to as the “Service”, “we”, “our”) and the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”)
in connection with the use of the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. 2. Legal Information Jurisdiction: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Governing Law: Laws of the UAE. 3. Audience The Service is available to both individuals and legal entities (B2B and B2C). 4. Registration and Account The User must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration. We reserve the right to refuse registration or block an account in case of a violation of these Terms. 5. Prohibited Activities The User is prohibited from:
- Email Spam: Distributing unsolicited messages. Note: Port 25 is closed by default on all
infrastructure. - Ad Fraud: Engaging in click fraud, impression fraud, or manipulation of advertising networks
(Google Ads, etc.). - Security Circumvention: Unauthorized access attempts, penetration testing without consent, or other
malicious activities. - Illegal Content: Distributing or accessing content prohibited by UAE or international law.
- Financial Fraud: Accessing banking systems, payment gateways, or conducting unauthorized financial
transactions. - High-Volume Automation: Conducting high-volume Data Aggregation or Market Research without prior written
authorization from GeekProxy support.
6. Support
Technical support is provided via email within 24 hours of the request.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may amend these Terms by posting an updated version on our website and notifying users via email.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for damages caused by misuse or unavailability of the
Service, except as required by UAE law.
9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms or
applicable law.
