Less than the names suggest. An HTTP proxy already handles HTTPS sites through the same CONNECT mechanism, on the same address and credentials. The real distinction is what the proxy can do with the traffic: for plain HTTP it can read and modify headers, for HTTPS it is a tunnel only. A native HTTPS proxy goes one step further and encrypts the hop to the proxy itself.

The destination hostname, from the CONNECT request and the TLS SNI field, plus the timing and size of traffic. Not the page, not a form you submit, not a token in your header. We keep standard infrastructure logs only, such as connection timestamps and bandwidth, for up to three months as set out in our privacy policy.

No, and you should stop if you see one. It means something is intercepting TLS between you and the target. Our proxies never touch the certificate chain.

Use Shadowsocks on the Flawless plan. Plain HTTPS proxying encrypts what is inside the tunnel but does not disguise the fact that you are connecting to a proxy. Shadowsocks encrypts the hop and shapes it to look like ordinary traffic.
