1. General Provisions

This Policy defines the rules for acceptable use of the GeekProxy service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). 
Violating these rules may result in account suspension, termination of services, 
and disclosure of information to competent authorities.
2. Prohibited Use

The User is prohibited from using the Service for:

    Distributing spam.

    Engaging in hacking, fraud, or other malicious activities.

    Storing or transmitting illegal content.

    Gaining unauthorized access to third-party systems and resources.

    Automation without permission on sensitive websites.

    Using bots for ticket purchasing.

    Large-scale scraping without prior written permission.

3. Allowed / Conditionally Allowed Use

The Service may be used for:

    Scraping public data if permitted by the target website’s robots.txt file or with written permission.

    Process automation and marketing tasks.

    Software development and testing.

    Cybersecurity-related activities.

    Streaming and gaming, provided that such use does not violate applicable laws.

4. Response to Complaints

    Upon receiving a valid complaint (abuse report, DMCA notice, etc.), we temporarily block the related proxy or account.

    We conduct an internal investigation to verify the facts.

    If a violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently suspended without a refund.

    If the complaint is false or unsubstantiated, access is restored.

5. Country Restrictions

The Service is not available to users located in:

    The UAE (except for approved B2B clients).

    Azerbaijan.

6. Changes to the Policy

We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy by posting an updated version on our website and notifying users via email.
