1. General Provisions
        
This Policy defines the rules for acceptable use of the GeekProxy infrastructure (hereinafter referred to 
as the “Service”). Violating these rules may result in immediate account suspension, termination of services without 
refund, and cooperation with relevant legal authorities.

        
2. Prohibited Use (Strict Liability)
        
The User is strictly prohibited from using the Service for:
        

            
Email Spam: Distributing unsolicited bulk messaging. Note: Port 25/465/587 are closed 
by default to ensure compliance.
            
Ad Fraud: Click fraud, impression fraud, or automated interaction with advertising 
networks (e.g., Google Ads).
            
Malicious Activity: Phishing, Identity Theft, distribution of malware, or operating 
Botnet Command & Control (C&C).
            
Network Attacks: DDoS attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing.
            
Illegal Content: Hosting, viewing, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), 
terrorist content, or copyrighted material without license.
            
Scalping: Using automated scripts for limited-supply inventory purchasing (ticket bots, 
sneaker bots) in violation of retailer terms.
            
High-Volume Data Collection: Conducting high-volume scraping without prior written permission 
or impacting target server stability.
        

        
3. Allowed / Conditionally Allowed Use
        
The Service is optimized for legitimate business operations:
        

            
Public Data Aggregation: Permitted strictly if it respects the target website’s 
robots.txt file and terms of service.
            
Market Analysis: Competitive intelligence and pricing monitoring.
            
QA & Testing: Software development, load testing (on own infrastructure), and 
localization testing.
            
Brand Protection: Ad verification, copyright enforcement, and SEO monitoring.
        

        
4. Abuse Handling & Zero Tolerance
        
We operate a Zero Tolerance policy towards abuse:
        

            
Upon receiving a valid compliance notice (abuse report, DMCA notice, etc.), we temporarily suspend the 
related endpoint or account immediately.
            
We conduct an internal audit to verify the facts within 24 hours.
            
If a violation is confirmed, the account is permanently suspended without a refund.
            
If the complaint is unsubstantiated, access is fully restored.
        

        
5. Country Restrictions
        
To comply with local regulations and business policies, the Service is not available to users located in:
        

            
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) — except for approved Enterprise/B2B clients with valid trade licenses.
            
Azerbaijan.
        

        
6. Changes to the Policy
        
We may amend this Acceptable Use Policy by posting an updated version on our website and notifying users via email.
