Canada proxies with Toronto ISP, residential and mobile IPs

A Canadian IP in three forms. ISP static addresses in Toronto from $3 a month. Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from $2 a GB. About 240 mobile addresses on Canadian carriers from $4 a GB. Datacenter IPv4 for Canada is not offered.
Canada has two official languages, and Newfoundland runs four and a half hours ahead of Vancouver. A request from Quebec and one from British Columbia rarely see the same page.

ISP proxy

Static Canadian IPs registered to local providers, sold in Toronto, from $3 a month.

Mobile proxy

Carrier-issued Canadian addresses, about 240 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.

Residential proxy

Canadian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.

Why GeekProxy:

  • [ Canada proxy for Amazon.ca and Walmart ]

Amazon.ca leads Canadian e-commerce with Walmart and Costco behind it; prices and delivery dates change with the Canadian postal code.

  • [ SERP tracking across Canadian cities ]

Google holds 85.3% of Canadian search (Statcounter, September 2026), and the local pack for Toronto, Montreal and Calgary is different each time.

  • [ Kijiji and classifieds research ]

Kijiji, the largest classifieds site in Canada, sorts every listing by city and province; without a local address you are reading the wrong feed.

  • [ Ad verification by province ]

A campaign bought for Ontario or Quebec renders to a Canadian address only, in English or French depending on the region.

  • [ Rogers, Bell and Telus mobile IPs ]

The three carriers held 85.9% of Canadian mobile subscriptions in 2024 (CRTC), so a carrier IP looks like what most Canadians use.

  • A Canadian address for pages that change with location. Amazon.ca prices and delivery dates, Google results that differ between Toronto and Vancouver, ad campaigns bought for Ontario only. Streaming services such as CBC Gem and Crave that refuse foreign IPs. Market research from outside Canada sees a different, usually emptier, version of all of them.

  • Three. ISP static IPs in Toronto from $3 a month and Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from $2 a GB. Mobile IPs on Canadian carriers from $4 a GB, about 240 addresses in the pool. Datacenter IPv4 for Canada is not offered. Take ISP for accounts that stay logged in, residential for volume scraping, mobile when a target distrusts everything else.

  • A Toronto ISP address starts at $3 a month per IP, with a 30-day minimum and a lower price per address as the count grows. Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, both cheaper on volume. Mobile traffic is $4 a GB. Everything is paid from one balance, so a few static Canadian IPs plus a burst of residential traffic is one purchase.

  • On Residential Flex, yes: country, region, city, ASN and ZIP filters apply, so Quebec traffic or a Rogers AS812 address is a setting rather than a ticket to support. On Turbo you set the country and let the pool rotate. ISP addresses are in Toronto only, and mobile picks the country per connection, without a city filter.

  • Both. An ISP address in Toronto is yours for the whole rental period, minimum 30 days, the same IP on every request. Residential Turbo and Flex rotate by default and both offer sticky sessions; on Flex you set the session lifetime in minutes. Mobile addresses change as the carrier reassigns them, with a sticky mode when one has to hold.

  • HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials for every product. UDP works on ISP addresses and on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are available on Residential Turbo alone, and only after a word with support. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months; the content of your traffic is not recorded.

  • About ten seconds after payment the Canadian IPs or the residential credentials appear in your dashboard, no manual activation. If something is technically wrong, a dead port, a wrong location, a speed far below spec, you have 24 hours to claim a refund. Changing your mind about the use case is not a technical issue.

  • The proxy itself is neutral; what you collect through it is your responsibility. PIPEDA is the federal privacy law. Quebec's Law 25, fully in force since 22 September 2024, is stricter and reaches companies outside Quebec that handle Quebec residents' data. If your Canadian research touches personal information, read both before scaling the pipeline.
