Japan proxies: Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka IP addresses

A Japan proxy answers from a Japanese address. We offer ISP static IPs in Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka from $3 a month and Residential Turbo and Flex by the gigabyte. A mobile pool of about 50 carrier addresses exists too. No datacenter IPv4 for Japan.
Japan is the big market where Google does not run alone. Bing takes about a third of searches overall and Yahoo! Japan about 13% on phones, while Amazon.co.jp, Rakuten Ichiba and Mercari split retail.

ISP proxy

Static Japanese IPs registered to local providers, sold in Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka, from $3 a month.

Mobile proxy

Japanese mobile addresses on Docomo, au and SoftBank, about 50 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.

Residential proxy

Japanese home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.

Why GeekProxy:

  • [ Japan proxy for Rakuten and Amazon.co.jp ]

Amazon.co.jp and Rakuten Ichiba are Japan's two largest shops and Mercari its largest C2C marketplace; all three serve prices and stock to Japanese addresses.

  • [ SEO tracking on three engines ]

Google has about 59% of Japanese search, Bing 33% and Yahoo! Japan 6%; on desktop Bing even edges Google, so track all three.

  • [ Ad checks on Docomo, au and SoftBank ]

NTT Docomo serves about 40% of Japanese mobile subscribers, SoftBank a quarter; campaigns bought for them render only on Japanese connections.

  • [ QA for Japanese users ]

Japanese users expect pages in Japanese, prices in yen with tax shown, and JST (UTC+9) timestamps; a Japanese IP shows what your product actually returns.

  • [ Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka exits ]

Three ISP cities: Tokyo, where JPNAP lists 249 peering members, Chiba next door, and Osaka for Kansai, so east and west Japan are both covered.

  • The Japanese internet as a resident sees it. Google.co.jp, Bing and Yahoo! Japan rankings, Amazon.co.jp and Rakuten prices in yen, Mercari listings, Japanese app stores and streaming catalogues, ad inventory bought for Docomo and SoftBank phones. From an ISP address in Tokyo, Chiba or Osaka the request looks domestic, and the answer is the one a customer in Japan gets.

  • ISP static IPs in Tokyo, Chiba and Osaka, Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and a mobile pool of about 50 Japanese carrier addresses. Japan has no datacenter ranges in our catalogue. ISP from $3 a month is the cheapest and the right choice for seller accounts on Rakuten or Amazon.co.jp. Turbo for volume with UDP, Flex for city and ASN pinned exits, mobile for carrier-only checks.

  • ISP addresses from $3 a month each in Tokyo, Chiba or Osaka, with the per-IP price dropping as you add more. Residential Turbo starts at $2 a gigabyte, Flex at $3 and mobile at $4, with volume discounts on each. ISP rental runs 30 days minimum; residential and mobile traffic is prepaid by the gigabyte and does not expire.

  • ISP addresses already let you choose Tokyo, Chiba or Osaka. On Residential Flex you go further: city, prefecture, ZIP and ASN filters, so OCN (AS4713), KDDI (AS2516) or SoftBank (AS17676) subscribers in Nagoya or Fukuoka are reachable. Turbo gives Japan at country level with sticky sessions; mobile picks the country per connection.

  • ISP addresses stay fixed: one IP in your chosen city for the whole rental, minimum 30 days. Turbo and Flex rotate by default and both hold sticky sessions when a login must stay on one exit; Flex lets you pick the session TTL in minutes. Mobile addresses change the way a Japanese phone's address changes.

  • HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on one set of credentials for every product. UDP runs on ISP addresses and Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are available only on Residential Turbo and only after talking to support, so ask first if SMTP from a Japanese IP is part of the plan.

  • About ten seconds after payment the Tokyo, Chiba or Osaka address, or the residential credentials, land in your dashboard automatically. Technical problems, an IP that will not connect or specs that differ from the listing, are refundable within 24 hours. Beyond that the 30-day ISP term applies.

  • Yes. The Act on the Protection of Personal Information reaches foreign companies handling data of people in Japan, and the July 2026 amendment (Act No. 56 of 2026) introduces administrative fines for the first time. Prices, rankings and product pages are not personal data; seller and reviewer identities may be. We keep only standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and do not log traffic content.
