A request that leaves from an Emirati address. Search results, dirham prices, delivery slots and ad inventory are tied to location, so Amazon.ae, noon, Talabat and Careem answer a Dubai IP differently from a foreign one. You also get the Arabic interface and the UAE catalogue, which matters for localisation and QA.
UAE proxies on Emirati IPs with a Dubai ISP option
An IP address inside the Emirates, bought in a minute. For the UAE we sell static ISP addresses in Dubai, Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from the 187-country pool, and mobile addresses on local carriers. About 1 900 of those are live today.
Google answers about 95% of searches in the country and Arabic is the official language. Prices on Amazon.ae, noon and Dubizzle are set for a Dubai address, not a foreign one.
Static Emirati IPs registered to local providers, sold in Dubai, from $3 a month.
Carrier-issued Emirati addresses, about 1910 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Emirati home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ UAE proxy for marketplace research ]
Amazon.ae, noon and Dubizzle show Emirati stock, dirham prices and delivery windows only to a connection inside the country.
-
[ SERP tracking from Dubai ]
Google holds about 95% of UAE search. A local IP returns the Arabic and English results an Emirati user actually sees.
-
[ Ad verification on e& and du ]
Campaigns targeted at the Emirates render to addresses on e& (AS5384) and du (AS15802), the only two mobile networks in the country.
-
[ Testing against the UAE PDPL ]
Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 covers residents, and DIFC and ADGM run their own rules. Test consent flows from a real UAE address.
-
[ Low latency via UAE-IX ]
Dubai hosts UAE-IX, the busiest exchange in the Middle East, with peak traffic above 1 Tbps and more than 110 networks.

Three. ISP static addresses in Dubai from $3 a month, Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from $2 a GB, and mobile addresses on Emirati carriers from $4 a GB. About 1 900 mobile addresses are live right now. Datacenter IPv4 for the UAE is not offered. Take ISP for accounts that must keep one address, residential for scraping, mobile when a site trusts carriers more than fixed lines.
-
ISP addresses in Dubai start at $3 a month per IP, minimum rental 30 days, cheaper as the count grows. Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB, Flex at $3 a GB, mobile at $4 a GB, and all three drop on volume. One balance pays for everything, so a couple of Dubai ISP addresses plus a few gigabytes of residential traffic is one invoice.
-
ISP addresses sit in Dubai, so that city comes with the product. On Residential Flex you choose country, city, region, ASN and ZIP, which lets you pin Abu Dhabi or Sharjah or filter down to e& or du by ASN. Turbo and mobile place you at country level, which is enough for national price checks.
-
ISP addresses are static: one Emirati IP for the whole rental, 30 days minimum, extendable. Residential Turbo and Flex rotate by default, and both hold a sticky session when you need one address for a login flow. On Flex the session TTL is set in minutes. Mobile addresses change the way carrier IPs do, which is the point of them.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same login, with UDP on ISP and Residential Turbo. Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are opened only on Residential Turbo, and only after you write to support and describe the task. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months; traffic content is not recorded.
-
Credentials land in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment, no manual step. If the Dubai address does not connect or does not match the declared specs, write within 24 hours and we refund. Wanting a different IP for a legitimate use is handled as a replacement inside the same window.

Federal Decree-Law 45 of 2021 took effect on 2 January 2022 and covers everyone resident in the country, with DIFC and ADGM keeping separate regimes. The proxy carries your traffic; compliance with the PDPL stays with you. Time zone is UTC+4 all year, so schedulers that snapshot prices should run on Dubai time, not on yours.
