A Turkish address, which changes four things at once. Trendyol and Hepsiburada stock and prices in lira, Google.com.tr and Yandex results for a Turkish user, ad campaigns bought for Turkish audiences. And the Turkish version of your own app or site. With 4.57 trillion lira of e-commerce in 2025, it is a market worth measuring from inside.
Turkey proxies on Turkish residential and mobile IPs
Turkish IPs from two pools. Residential Turbo and Flex from $2 a GB, with city, ASN and ZIP filters on Flex. About 110 mobile addresses on Turkcell, Türk Telekom and Vodafone from $4 a GB. No ISP static and no datacenter IPv4 for Turkey.
Turkish e-commerce reached 4.57 trillion lira in 2025, up 52.2% in a year, and a quarter of searches go to Yandex, a mix no other market in Europe has.
Turkish mobile addresses on Turkcell, Türk Telekom and Vodafone, about 110 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Turkish home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Turkey proxy for Trendyol and Hepsiburada ]
Trendyol is the largest marketplace in Turkey and Hepsiburada processed 87.5 million orders in 2025; both show stock and delivery by Turkish address.
-
[ Google and Yandex SERPs from Istanbul ]
Google holds 73.42% of Turkish search and Yandex 25.19% (Statcounter, September 2026), so Turkish rank tracking means two engines, not one.
-
[ sahibinden listings by province ]
sahibinden dominates Turkish classifieds for cars and property; listings are organised by province, and a local address is what the site expects.
-
[ Mobile IPs on Turkcell and Türk Telekom ]
Three carriers share almost all of 99.7 million Turkish mobile lines; Flex ASN filters pick Turkcell AS16135 or Türk Telekom AS9121.
-
[ DE-CIX Istanbul for low latency ]
Istanbul's DE-CIX peaked at 530 Gbit/s in 2025, up 40%, with over 60 networks; Turkish exits reach Turkish content without leaving the country.

-
Residential Turbo and Flex from $2 a GB, using the Turkish slice of a 187-country pool. Mobile addresses on Turkish carriers from $4 a GB, about 110 on 29 October 2026. No ISP static and no datacenter IPv4 exist for Turkey, so a long-lived fixed Turkish IP is not something we can sell. Flex with a long sticky session covers most login-based tasks.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, both cheaper at volume; mobile traffic $4 a GB. All three are billed per gigabyte from one balance. There is no monthly rental for Turkey and no 30-day minimum, and traffic you do not use stays on the balance.
-
On Residential Flex: country, region, city, ZIP and ASN, so Istanbul only, Izmir only or Turkcell AS16135 only is a setting. Turbo takes the country and rotates across Turkish exits. Mobile picks Turkey per connection and does not filter by city. Stock per city shifts daily; ask support before building a pipeline around one province.
-
Rotating by default on Turbo and Flex, sticky on request on both; Flex sets the session lifetime in minutes and can restrict exits to Windows or Android. Mobile addresses change as Turkcell or Türk Telekom reassign them, with a sticky mode. A permanently fixed Turkish IP is not offered.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 with the same credentials on residential and mobile. UDP runs on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist on Residential Turbo alone, after a word with support. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, traffic content is not logged.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are in the dashboard. If Turkish exits resolve elsewhere, a port does not answer or throughput sits far below the stated figure, you have 24 hours to request a refund. Top-ups of traffic are instant, so running dry mid-run costs a minute, not a day.

KVKK, Law 6698 in force since 2016, is Turkey's data protection law, with 2025 amendments that moved it closer to GDPR. BTK, the telecoms regulator, can order content blocked; we do not promise access to anything a Turkish court or BTK has blocked. Price lists, rankings and your own QA are not personal data; collecting Turkish users' details through a proxy is, and that is on you.
