Russia proxies on Russian datacenter and residential IPs

Russia is one of six countries where we run our own datacenter ranges, so a Russian IPv4 costs $1 a month shared and $1.5 dedicated. Flawless addresses with Shadowsocks start at $2. Residential Turbo and Flex traffic and a small mobile pool cover the rest.
Yandex answers about 71% of Russian searches, Wildberries and Ozon split most of e-commerce, Avito reaches half the population every month, and the country spans eleven time zones.

Shared proxy

Datacenter IPv4 in Russia, up to 3 users per address, from $1 a month.

Dedicated proxy

Private datacenter IPv4 in Russia, one tenant, from $1.5 a month.

Mobile proxy

Carrier-issued Russian addresses, about 80 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.

Residential proxy

Russian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.

Why GeekProxy:

  • [ Russia proxy for marketplace monitoring ]

Wildberries and Ozon are heading for 77% of Russian e-commerce in 2026, and both price, stock and deliver by the buyer's region.

  • [ Yandex SERP tracking from a Russian IP ]

Yandex holds about 71% of search here and Google 26%. Local packs, Yandex Maps and 2GIS results depend on the city of the request.

  • [ Avito and regional classifieds ]

Avito is used monthly by 51% of Russians, and listings, prices and delivery options are filtered by region before you see them.

  • [ Own datacenter hardware in Russia ]

Russian IPv4 from $1 a month on ranges we own, with channels up to 5 Gbps: monitoring a thousand product pages an hour is cheap.

  • [ Eleven time zones, one scheduler ]

From Kaliningrad at UTC+2 to Kamchatka at UTC+12; about 63% of users sit on Moscow time, so schedule snapshots around MSK first.

  • Seeing Russian services as a Russian user. Yandex results and ads, Wildberries and Ozon prices with regional delivery, Avito listings, 2GIS and Yandex Maps data, app behaviour in Russian stores. All of it is keyed to the address. Market research, SEO, price monitoring, ad verification and QA for the Russian market start with an IP inside the country.

  • Datacenter IPv4 on our own Russian ranges (shared, dedicated, Flawless with Shadowsocks), Residential Turbo and Flex, and a mobile pool of roughly 80 addresses. No ISP product for Russia. Start with datacenter at a dollar; most monitoring and rank tracking needs nothing more. Move to residential when a marketplace rejects hosting ranges, and to mobile only for carrier-specific checks.

  • Datacenter IPv4 from $1 a month shared and $1.5 dedicated, with discounts at 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 addresses; Flawless from $2. Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, mobile from $4 a GB. Minimum rental for IPv4 is 30 days, extendable from the dashboard.

  • Datacenter addresses give country placement. On Residential Flex you pick region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Novosibirsk only or MTS only (AS8359) is a filter you set yourself. Rostelecom is AS12389, MegaFon AS31133, Beeline AS3216. Turbo and mobile work at country level, which covers national prices but not regional delivery quotes.

  • Datacenter IPv4 is static for the whole rental, 30 days minimum, up to a year. Residential Turbo and Flex rotate by default and hold a sticky session on request, with Flex TTL set in minutes. Mobile addresses change the way carrier IPs do. For a Yandex Webmaster or Wildberries seller cabinet that must see one address, use dedicated datacenter.

  • HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials for datacenter and residential, Shadowsocks on Flawless, UDP on Residential Turbo and not on Flex. Mail ports are opened only on Residential Turbo after a word with support. Infrastructure logs are the standard kind, kept up to three months, with no traffic content in them.

  • Datacenter addresses are issued about ten seconds after payment, same for residential access. Technical faults, such as an address that will not connect or a geo that resolves outside Russia, get a refund if reported within 24 hours. A replacement IP inside that window is the usual fix for an address a target already dislikes.

  • Yes, if what you collect is personal data of Russian citizens. 152-FZ and the 2014 localisation amendment require the primary database to sit in Russia. Fines run under Article 13.11 of the Administrative Code. Public prices and stock on Ozon are not personal data. Phone numbers from Avito are. The proxy does not take that decision off you.
