A Belarusian address for research work. Kufar.by, Onliner.by and the local Yandex and Google pages decide currency, language and results by IP. Researchers use it to see BYN prices and local listings. SEO teams track both search engines from Minsk. QA teams check that an app or site loads its Belarusian edition correctly.
Belarus proxies for two-engine SEO and market research
For Belarus we offer Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from $2 a GB and about 70 mobile addresses on Belarusian carriers at $4 a GB. There are no ISP or datacenter addresses for this country.
Search here is split between two engines. Google holds 58.98% and Yandex 38.54% (Statcounter, September 2026), so a ranking report needs both.
Belarusian mobile addresses on A1, MTS and life, about 70 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Belarusian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ SERP checks on Google and Yandex ]
With Yandex at 38.54% of Belarusian search, rank tracking from Minsk covers two result pages, in Russian and in Belarusian.
-
[ Belarus proxy for Kufar and Onliner ]
Kufar.by is the main classifieds site and Onliner.by the main catalogue and price comparison, and both localise prices in Belarusian roubles.
-
[ Mobile IPs on A1, MTS and life:) ]
MTS had about 5.6 million users in 2025, A1 about 4.96 million and life:) about 1.5 million; their networks are AS25106, AS42772 and AS44087.
-
[ Minsk time for scheduled checks ]
Belarus keeps UTC+3 all year with no daylight saving, so price snapshots stay at the same local hour in winter and summer.
-
[ Localisation QA in two languages ]
Belarusian and Russian are both state languages, so a local QA pass checks both versions of a site from a Belarusian address.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. We have no ISP static IPs and no datacenter IPv4 for Belarus. Turbo is the low-cost option for scraping and SERP checks. Flex adds city, region and ASN filters, for Minsk versus Brest or one carrier only. Mobile, about 70 addresses on 29 October 2026, is for apps tested on carrier networks.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, both falling with volume. Mobile traffic is $4 a GB. There is no per-IP rental because there is no static Belarusian product. The balance is shared, so you can test Yandex rankings on Turbo and an app on mobile without a second payment.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ZIP and ASN. Minsk only, the Gomel region only, or MTS's AS25106 only are dashboard settings. Turbo takes Belarus as a whole and rotates the pool. Mobile is chosen per connection at country level. Smaller towns depend on which residential exits are online at the moment.
-
Rotating by default on both residential products, with sticky sessions when a sign-in or a multi-page form must keep one IP. Flex sets the sticky lifetime in minutes and can keep only Windows or Android exits. Mobile addresses rotate the way a carrier assigns them. A static Belarusian IP for a month is not offered.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one login. UDP is available on Residential Turbo; Flex carries TCP only. Mail ports are open only on Turbo and only after support reviews the request. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and never store traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are in your dashboard. If the Belarusian pool does not connect, shows the wrong country or runs far below the stated speed, open a ticket within 24 hours for a refund. A change of plans is not a technical issue. Start with a small package.
