What doesn't count as an active subscription (migration track)
- Free trials and test packages at any provider
- Subscriptions paid more than 30 days ago
- Subscriptions in expired, paused, or cancelled status
- Subscriptions on someone else's account that you don't legally access
- Subscriptions for services other than residential or mobile proxies (VPN, anti-detect browsers, SMM tools, etc.)
FAQ
Can I use promo code START and the migration track at the same time?
No. They're two separate offers. If you have an active subscription with another provider and want the migration bonus, message support. If you're buying proxies for the first time, use promo code START on the site.
What if my subscription is 25 GB, not 30 GB? Which plan should I buy from you?
Buy any plan that's closest to your current volume — it doesn't have to match exactly. The bonus is credited based on the plan you actually buy from us, per the table above.
I have an annual subscription, paid six months ago. Does it count?
Under the "paid in last 30 days" rule — no. But if it's an annual subscription with monthly recurring charges (instalments within an annual plan) and the last charge was within 30 days, that counts as active payment. Show it in the video.
What should I show on video if my provider doesn't have a typical dashboard?
Any page of your provider account that shows subscription status, proxy type, and payment date works. It could be a billing page, payment history, or active plans page. If you're not sure, send support a screenshot and ask what would work best.
I'm already a Geekproxy customer. Can I get the migration bonus?
If your account has past payments, the migration track isn't for you — it's for new customers. We run separate offers for existing customers periodically — follow our Telegram channel.
I bought a 50 GB plan and want to add another 50 GB next week. Do I get the bonus or discount again?
No. Migration bonus and the START discount apply once per account. Repeat purchases follow the standard pricing with volume discounts.
Can I get the 17% discount instead of bonus traffic on the migration track?
No. They're two separate offers: migration gives bonus traffic, the new-customer track gives a 17% discount. You can't pick which format to receive.
