Afghanistan proxies for Dari and Pashto QA and field research

Afghan residential IPs for testing and research: Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, both from the 187-country pool. Mobile at $4 a GB exists, but expect only a few addresses at once.
Kabul runs on UTC+4:30. Pashto and Dari are the official languages, and Persian-language services such as Digikala and Cafe Bazaar draw heavy Afghan search traffic.

Mobile proxy

Afghan mobile addresses on Roshan, AWCC and Salaam, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.

Residential proxy

Afghan home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.

Why GeekProxy:

  • [ Afghanistan proxy for Dari and Pashto QA ]

Check how your interface renders Dari and Pashto script, right to left, and how dates and the afghani display for a local user.

  • [ Humanitarian and media research ]

Aid organisations and researchers record which pages and messages actually load for people in Kabul, Herat or Mazar on a given day.

  • [ Persian web traffic from Afghanistan ]

Ahrefs data for October 2026 puts cafebazaar.ir, digikala.com and torob.com at the top of Afghan shopping search traffic, ahead of Amazon.

  • [ Carrier networks and their ASNs ]

Mobile operators include Roshan (AS45178), AWCC (AS38742), Atoma (AS132471, formerly MTN) and Salaam.

  • [ Cricket content and sports media ]

Cricinfo and Cricbuzz both rank among Afghanistan's top sites by search traffic, useful context for anyone checking sports streams or ad placements.

  • Seeing what a user inside Afghanistan sees. Localisation teams test Dari and Pashto interfaces, humanitarian and media researchers record which content loads, and ad and content checks confirm what is served to Afghan visitors. Price and catalogue research on regional services is another case. The page you get matches the one served inside the country.

  • Residential Turbo and Residential Flex cover the country. Mobile is listed, but the pool is small, a handful of addresses with availability changing through the day. There are no ISP static IPs and no datacenter IPv4 for Afghanistan. Use Turbo for general checks and Flex when a city or one network matters.

  • Residential Turbo is from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB, cheaper in larger packages. Mobile traffic costs $4 a GB when addresses are online. No ISP or datacenter product exists for Afghanistan, so there is no monthly price per IP. All products draw on one shared balance.

  • Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. Kabul, or Roshan's AS45178, can be set directly; coverage in other cities depends on who is online. Turbo picks the country and rotates. Mobile is country level only, and the small pool rules out city targeting there.

  • Rotating by default. Turbo and Flex both support sticky sessions, so a multi-step test stays on one address, and Flex sets the session length in minutes. Exits on Flex can be limited to Windows or Android devices as well. Our catalogue has no static Afghan IP for longer periods.

  • HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials. Turbo also passes UDP, while Flex stays on TCP. Mail ports exist only on Turbo and open after support reviews the task. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and do not log traffic content.

  • Credentials appear in your dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If Afghan exits do not connect or resolve elsewhere, contact support within 24 hours for a refund. Refunds cover technical problems. Because the mobile pool is tiny, ask support about availability before buying mobile traffic.

  • Afghanistan is subject to sanctions and export restrictions in several jurisdictions, aimed at specific persons and entities among others. As the customer, you are responsible for complying with all sanctions and export rules that apply to you and your project. Keep the work to research, localisation QA, price and content checks, and treat local users' personal data lawfully.
