Seeing the Angolan web as people in Luanda or Benguela see it. That means kwanza prices, Portuguese search results for .ao and international domains, and ads targeted at Angola. Teams use it for SEO in Portuguese-speaking markets, ad verification, price research and testing apps on Unitel or Africell connections before launch.
Angola proxies on Angolan residential and carrier IPs
For Angola we sell two kinds of access. Residential Turbo and Flex traffic, and about 1,000 mobile addresses on Angolan networks. ISP static IPs and datacenter IPv4 are not available for the country.
Portuguese is the official language, so Angolan results sit close to Brazil and Portugal yet differ from both. Bing is unusually strong here: 6.68% of searches in September 2026.
Angolan mobile addresses on Unitel, Africell and Movicel, about 1,030 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Angolan home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Angola proxy for Portuguese SEO ]
A Portuguese query returns different pages in Luanda than in Lisbon or São Paulo, so .ao rankings need an Angolan IP to measure.
-
[ Bing matters more than usual ]
Google holds 92.55% of Angolan search, yet Bing's 6.68% is about double its share in Zambia (2.12%) or the Republic of the Congo (3.51%).
-
[ Unitel, Africell and Movicel ]
Unitel (AS37119), nationalised in 2022, leads mobile; Africell Angola (AS328943) and Movicel compete, and Angola Telecom (AS11259) runs fixed lines.
-
[ Desktop is still big in Angola ]
Desktop produced 55.41% of Angolan page views in September 2026 against 43.7% from phones, so check your desktop checkout first.
-
[ Luanda to Fortaleza in one hop ]
The SACS cable links Luanda directly with Fortaleza, Brazil, and WACS lands at Sangano near Luanda; Angonix in Luanda exchanges local traffic.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile are available. ISP static and datacenter IPv4 for Angola are not. Turbo covers most scraping and rank tracking. Flex is for targeting Luanda, a province or one network by ASN. Mobile gives carrier IPs for apps and for sites that are strict with home broadband ranges.
-
You pay for traffic. Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, Mobile from $4 a GB, and the rate drops as volume grows. There is no monthly per-IP fee for Angola, since we have no ISP or datacenter addresses there. A single balance works across all three products.
-
On Residential Flex you can filter by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. That lets you ask for Luanda, or keep traffic on Unitel via AS37119. Turbo and Mobile choose the country only and rotate within it. For nationwide Portuguese SERPs that is enough; for city-level checks, use Flex.
-
Rotating by default on both residential pools, with sticky sessions when a login or a payment form must keep one IP. Flex sets the sticky time in minutes and can restrict exits to Windows or Android. Mobile addresses change the way an Angolan phone's address does. We have no static Angolan IP for monthly rent.
-
Yes to SOCKS5: HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one set of credentials. UDP runs on Residential Turbo; Flex handles TCP only. Mail ports are available on Turbo alone and support opens them after reviewing the use case. Standard infrastructure logs are kept up to three months, and traffic content is never recorded.
-
Credentials are issued automatically, usually ten seconds after payment. If the Angolan pool does not connect, gives a wrong country or has another technical fault, contact support within 24 hours for a refund. Changed plans do not qualify. Test on a small top-up when in doubt.

Angola's Data Protection Law, Law no. 22/11 of 17 June 2011, sits alongside the electronic communications law. Kwanza prices and search rankings are not personal data; names and phone numbers of private sellers are. A proxy does not move that responsibility away from you. Angola runs on UTC+1 all year, which helps when scheduling Luanda checks.
