A Bolivian address on a home line or a phone network. You see Google.com.bo results the way a user in Santa Cruz sees them, prices in bolivianos on Mercado Libre Bolivia, and ads booked for Bolivian audiences. App teams use the mobile pool to check sign-up, push delivery and payments over real carrier IPs rather than a foreign VPN.
Bolivia proxies on mobile and residential Bolivian IPs
Bolivian IPs in two forms. Residential Turbo and Flex traffic starts at $2 a GB, and a mobile pool of about 1,000 addresses runs from $4 a GB. We have no ISP or datacenter addresses for Bolivia.
Three networks, Entel, Tigo and Viva, carry Bolivian phones. Our Bolivian mobile pool is bigger than the Chilean one, which makes repeat app tests easy.
Bolivian mobile addresses on Entel, Tigo and Viva, about 1,000 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Bolivian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Bolivia proxy on the three mobile networks ]
State-owned Entel (AS6568), Tigo (AS27882, registered as Telefónica Celular de Bolivia) and Viva (AS28024, Nuevatel) run the country's mobile networks.
-
[ App QA on about 1,000 phones ]
Around 1,000 Bolivian mobile addresses were live on 29 October 2026, enough to repeat a test on fresh carrier IPs.
-
[ Search checks on Google.com.bo ]
Google answered 92.43% of Bolivian searches in September 2026 and Bing 6.19%, according to Statcounter.
-
[ Prices on Mercado Libre Bolivia ]
Mercado Libre runs a separate Bolivian site, mercadolibre.com.bo, with listings and prices in bolivianos that a foreign IP does not reproduce.
-
[ Regional exits in Cochabamba and La Paz ]
Flex can request Comteco (AS27839), the Cochabamba telephone cooperative, by ASN, or La Paz exits by city.

Three: Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. Bolivia has no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 with us. Turbo is the cheapest route for scraping and SERP work. Flex is for jobs tied to a city or an ASN. Mobile, with about 1,000 live addresses, is for apps and platforms that trust carrier traffic most.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Residential Flex from $3 a GB, Mobile from $4 a GB. All three get cheaper as packages grow. Bolivia has no per-IP monthly product, so everything is billed by traffic. A single balance pays for all of it, and you can split it between residential and mobile however the week requires.
-
With Residential Flex, yes: country, region, city, ASN and ZIP filters. Ask for Santa Cruz de la Sierra, or for Entel by AS6568, and the request lands on matching exits when they are online. Turbo uses the country and rotates the whole Bolivian pool. Mobile is chosen per connection at country level, so the carrier comes with the address.
-
Rotating by default, with sticky sessions available on Turbo and Flex. Flex sets the session TTL in minutes and can limit exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses rotate as carriers reassign them and can be kept sticky for a session. There is no static Bolivian IP for 30 days, because Bolivia has no ISP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, one set of credentials for residential and mobile. UDP runs on Residential Turbo; Flex stays on TCP. Mail ports exist only on Residential Turbo and are opened on request through support. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and traffic content is never written down.
-
Pay, and in about ten seconds the Bolivian credentials are waiting in the dashboard. If an address will not connect, lands in the wrong country or is far slower than stated, open a ticket within 24 hours and the technical fault is refunded. No forms to fill in beyond the ticket itself.

Not yet. Bolivia has no general data-protection statute; drafts have been under discussion since 2023. Article 130 of the Constitution gives people a privacy action over their personal data, and Supreme Decrees 1391 and 1793 require written consent for personal data in telecoms. Checking prices or ads is unaffected. If you collect Bolivians' personal data, treat it carefully anyway, because the rules may change soon.
