Look at the Burkinabè web the way people in Ouagadougou do. Search results on Google, operator promotions from Orange or Moov Africa, prices in CFA francs and campaigns targeted at the country all depend on the visitor's address. Market researchers, ad teams and QA engineers use it to check what actually renders there.
Burkina Faso proxies on Burkinabè residential IPs
Burkinabè IPs come from Residential Turbo and Residential Flex, our 187-country pool, paid per GB. The mobile pool for Burkina Faso is small: a handful of addresses, available some hours and gone in others. ISP and datacenter addresses are not offered.
Orange held 46.02% of mobile lines at the end of 2024, Moov Africa 43.79%. Prices are in CFA francs, the clock is UTC+0, and Google takes 95.88% of search.
Burkinabè mobile addresses on Orange, Moov and Telecel, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Burkinabè home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Telecom offers by Burkinabè address ]
Orange, Moov Africa and Telecel Faso sell data bundles and mobile money that render differently for a local visitor; compare them from inside Burkina Faso.
-
[ Ad checks for Ouagadougou campaigns ]
A campaign aimed at Ouagadougou or Bobo-Dioulasso only shows to an address that geolocates there; verify the creative and the landing page in place.
-
[ Burkina Faso proxy with ASN filters ]
Flex can target Orange Burkina Faso on AS37577, Onatel (Moov Africa) on AS25543 or Telecel Faso on AS37526, when the pool has exits.
-
[ Language rules changed in 2023 ]
A December 2023 constitutional revision made national languages official and kept French as a working language, so check which version your site serves.
-
[ Local exchange in Ouagadougou ]
BFIX, the Burkina Faso Internet Exchange Point (AS37716), keeps local traffic local; a Burkinabè exit shows real in-country latency.

Two residential products: Turbo and Flex. Mobile addresses exist only in tiny numbers, a handful that come and go during the day, so do not plan a project around them. ISP static IPs and datacenter IPv4 are not available for Burkina Faso. Pick Turbo for volume and Flex for city or carrier filters.
-
Turbo is from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, and both get cheaper as the package grows. Mobile, when addresses are available, is $4 a GB. Since there are no ISP or datacenter addresses in Burkina Faso, there is no monthly per-IP plan. The same balance pays for all of it.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Ouagadougou or AS37577 for Orange is a setting. Results depend on what the pool holds at that moment, and smaller towns may return nothing. Turbo and Mobile take the country only and rotate inside it.
-
Rotating by default on Turbo and Flex, with sticky sessions available on both when one IP must hold through a login. On Flex you set the session TTL in minutes and can limit exits to Windows or Android devices. We have no static Burkinabè IP for monthly rent.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one login. UDP is available on Residential Turbo; Flex carries TCP only. Mail ports exist on Turbo alone and are opened after a conversation with support about your use case. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, without traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment. The credentials sit in your dashboard and work straight away. If the Burkinabè exits will not connect or show the wrong country, contact support within 24 hours for a refund. Start with a small top-up to confirm the pool fits your task.

Law 001-2021/AN of 30 March 2021 on personal data, replacing the 2004 law. The CIL, the Commission de l'Informatique et des Libertés, supervises it; the commission dates back to 2004 and runs awareness sessions for ministries and NGOs. Price monitoring involves no personal data. Collecting names or phone numbers does, and the proxy does not shift that responsibility.
