The archipelago as a resident sees it. Escudo prices, Google results in Portuguese, booking pages and ads aimed at Cape Verde all depend on the IP. Tourism marketers check their campaigns this way. SEO teams compare local rankings with Portugal and Brazil, and developers see how an app behaves for users on the islands.
Cape Verde proxies on Cape Verdean residential and mobile IPs
Residential Turbo and Residential Flex both include Cape Verdean addresses, and a small mobile pool adds a few carrier IPs. That is enough for tourism ad checks, Portuguese SEO and app QA. ISP and datacenter IPs for Cape Verde are not offered.
Portuguese is the official language, the escudo is pegged to the euro and the clocks sit at UTC−1. Alou, the former CV Telecom, and Unitel T+ run the mobile networks.
Cape Verdean home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Cape Verde proxy for island ads ]
Campaigns geo-targeted to the archipelago, from Sal to Santiago, only render for a Cape Verdean connection, and a residential exit shows the real creative.
-
[ EllaLink to Brazil and Portugal ]
EllaLink went live in Praia in June 2022, linking the islands to Fortaleza in Brazil and to Portugal through Madeira.
-
[ Alou and Unitel T+ networks ]
Cabo Verde Telecom (AS37517) rebranded as Alou in October 2023, and Unitel T+ (AS37575) has competed in mobile since 2007.
-
[ Portuguese search results from Praia ]
Google handled 92.03% of searches in September 2026, and a Cape Verdean IP shows whether local results differ from Lisbon's.
-
[ A landing hub and an exchange ]
The Praia landing station also connects WACS and SHARE, and the islands run their own internet exchange point association on AS329173.

Two residential pools, Turbo and Flex, and a small mobile pool. Cape Verde has no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 with us. Choose Turbo for bulk SERP and price collection. Choose Flex when ASN filters, a Windows or Android exit or a session timer matter. Mobile here is a handful of addresses, and availability shifts during the day.
-
Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 and mobile from $4, all cheaper in bulk. A monthly per-IP plan does not exist for Cape Verde, because the ISP and datacenter catalogues skip it. The same balance pays for every pool, so a Turbo test and a mobile check come out of one top-up.
-
Flex filters by country, city, region, ASN and ZIP, so Praia or Mindelo can be requested when the pool has exits there. Smaller islands may have none at a given moment. You can also pin a network, for example Unitel T+ on AS37575. Turbo and mobile choose the country only.
-
Rotating by default on Turbo and Flex. A sticky session holds one IP through a booking flow or login, and Flex sets its duration in minutes. Mobile addresses change as a carrier's IPs do. We have no static Cape Verdean IP to rent by the month, since the country has no ISP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one set of credentials. Turbo carries UDP as well, Flex TCP only. Mail ports are available on Residential Turbo only and need a word with support about the use case first. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and traffic content is not recorded.
-
About ten seconds after payment, with credentials waiting in the dashboard. If the Cape Verdean pool refuses to connect or lands in the wrong country, contact support within 24 hours for a refund. Only technical problems qualify. Test with a modest top-up before you scale up.

The general personal data regime dates from Law 133/V/2001, with later amendments that include Law 121/IX/2021. The CNPD, operational since 2015, enforces it. Public fares and rankings are not personal data. Guest names, emails and phone numbers are, and routing a scraper through a Cape Verdean IP does not change your duties.
