Central African Republic proxies on mobile carrier IPs

For the Central African Republic we offer mobile carrier addresses only, at $4 a GB. The pool is very small, a handful of IPs at best, and some hours it is empty. Residential, ISP and datacenter products do not cover this country.
Three operators compete: Orange, Telecel and Moov Africa. All three switched on 4G between May 2025 and May 2026, so mobile pages from Bangui are changing fast.

Mobile proxy

Central African mobile addresses on Orange, Telecel and Moov, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.

Why GeekProxy:

  • [ 4G arrived in Bangui recently ]

Orange launched 4G in May 2025, Moov Africa in July 2025 and Telecel on 12 May 2026; test how your pages load on these new networks.

  • [ Three carriers with their own ASNs ]

Orange Centrafrique announces AS37460, Telecel Centrafrique AS328079 and Atlantique Telecom CAR, the Moov Africa operator, AS329274.

  • [ Central African Republic proxy for ad checks ]

Campaigns bought for Bangui render only to a local address; a Central African carrier IP shows whether the creative and landing page appear.

  • [ French and Sango audiences ]

French and Sango are both official; check that a visitor from Bangui gets the language version you meant, with CFA franc prices.

  • [ Google with a 94.47% share ]

Statcounter put Google at 94.47% in September 2026, Bing at 3.18% and Yandex at 1.08%; local SERP checks are Google checks.

  • Show you the web from a Central African phone network. Operator offers, local Google results, prices in CFA francs and ads targeted at Bangui depend on the address. Researchers, NGOs, media monitors and ad teams use it for short checks that a Cameroonian or French IP would get wrong. It is a spot tool here.

  • Mobile only. Residential Turbo and Flex do not cover the country, and there are no ISP static IPs or datacenter IPv4. The mobile pool is a handful of carrier addresses that come and go during the day, sometimes none. Good for occasional checks; not for volume work or anything that needs a fixed IP.

  • Mobile traffic costs $4 a GB, with lower rates on larger packages. No monthly per-IP price exists here, since there is no static product. The balance is shared across countries, so unspent traffic is not lost if the pool is empty when you try.

  • No. Mobile picks the country per connection, and the exit is whatever carrier address is free. City, ASN and ZIP filters are Residential Flex features, and Flex does not include the Central African Republic. With so few IPs, such filters would almost never match anyway.

  • Rotating. A carrier address changes the way a phone's address does when the network reassigns it. No IP here stays yours for a month, because ISP and datacenter products are not available. Plan short sessions and save as you go.

  • HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials. Mail ports are not offered for this country: they exist only on Residential Turbo, which does not cover the Central African Republic. Infrastructure logs are standard, kept up to three months, with no traffic content.

  • About ten seconds after payment the credentials appear in your dashboard. If the pool does not connect or shows another country, write to support within 24 hours for a refund. The pool is tiny, so test with a small amount first.

  • Yes. Law 24/001 on the protection of personal data was enacted in January 2024, though it is unclear whether a supervisory authority has been appointed. Checking ads or prices is not personal data processing. Collecting names or numbers is, and the proxy changes nothing about who answers for it.
