Chilean prices, Chilean search results and Chilean ads, seen the way a Santiago customer sees them. Falabella and Mercado Libre Chile quote in pesos with local delivery, and campaigns bought for Chile do not render to a foreign IP. During CyberDay a local vantage point matters even more, because sale prices are shown to Chilean visitors.
Chile proxies with static Santiago ISP addresses
Chile joins Brazil and Mexico as our only Latin American countries with static ISP addresses, all in Santiago, from $3 a month. Residential Turbo and Flex start at $2 a GB, mobile at $4. No datacenter IPv4 for Chile.
CyberDay is the online sale event run by the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. Price trackers want a Santiago vantage point for it, not Miami.
Chilean mobile addresses on Entel, Movistar and Claro, about 410 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Chilean home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Chile proxy for CyberDay price tracking ]
The Cámara de Comercio de Santiago runs CyberDay, and a Chilean IP records the discounts exactly as shoppers in Chile see them.
-
[ Static Santiago IPs for long jobs ]
ISP addresses in Santiago stay the same for the whole rental, which suits seller accounts, dashboards and daily rank checks.
-
[ ASN targeting on Entel, Movistar, VTR ]
Flex filters by ASN: Movistar Chile is AS7418, VTR AS22047, Claro Chile AS27995, Entel's fixed network AS6471.
-
[ Google.cl and Bing side by side ]
Statcounter put Google at 90.23% of Chilean searches in September 2026 and Bing at 7.28%.
-
[ A new data law from December ]
Law 21.719 takes effect on 1 December 2026, modernising Chile's privacy rules and creating the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales.

Four. ISP static addresses in Santiago from $3 a month. Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Residential Flex from $3 a GB, and Mobile from $4 a GB with about 410 live addresses. No datacenter IPv4. Pick ISP for one stable Chilean identity, Turbo for volume scraping, Flex for city or ASN control, Mobile for apps that trust carrier traffic.
-
A Santiago ISP address costs from $3 a month, 30 days minimum, with lower per-IP rates on bigger orders. Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, both cheaper on volume. Mobile is $4 a GB. One balance covers it all, so five Santiago IPs plus residential traffic for CyberDay is one payment.
-
ISP addresses are in Santiago only. For Valparaíso, Concepción, Temuco or any other city, use Residential Flex, which filters by country, region, city, ZIP and ASN, so VTR's AS22047 in Biobío is a setting. Results depend on live exits in that area. Turbo works at country level and rotates. Mobile is chosen per connection at country level.
-
Both exist. Santiago ISP addresses are static for the rental period, minimum 30 days, and you can extend without a change of IP. Residential Turbo and Flex rotate by default and both offer sticky sessions; Flex adds a TTL in minutes and a Windows or Android exit filter. Mobile IPs rotate with the carrier and can be held sticky.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same credentials for ISP, residential and mobile. UDP works on Santiago ISP addresses and on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are opened only on Residential Turbo, on request through support. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and traffic content is not recorded.
-
Santiago ISP IPs and residential credentials appear in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If an address does not answer, geolocates outside Chile or runs far below the stated speed, open a ticket within 24 hours and the technical fault is refunded. The 30-day minimum applies only to ISP rentals.

From 1 December 2026, Law 21.719 rewrites the old Law 19.628 framework and gives Chile a dedicated regulator, the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales. Price monitoring, SERP checks and ad verification do not process personal data. Collecting data on Chilean residents does, and from December the rules and the fines come with a real enforcer.
