A Djiboutian address on the local network. Google results, ads aimed at Djibouti City, prices in Djiboutian francs and French or Arabic versions of a site depend on it. Network engineers also use it to see real latency from a hub where cables from Europe, Asia and East Africa meet.
Djibouti proxies on Djiboutian residential IPs
Djiboutian IPs are sold as Residential Turbo and Residential Flex traffic from the 187-country pool. A mobile pool exists but holds only a handful of addresses, and they come and go during the day. No ISP and no datacenter product for Djibouti.
One operator, Djibouti Telecom, runs fixed, mobile and internet service. Yet eight subsea cables land here, with four more planned, so the country is a transit hub for East Africa.
Djiboutian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Djibouti proxy at a cable hub ]
Submarinecablemap lists eight systems in service, among them EASSy, SeaMeWe-5, AAE-1 and 2Africa; measure what that transit means from a Djiboutian exit.
-
[ One national operator to test ]
Djibouti Telecom (AS30990) carries almost every local route, so a Djiboutian IP shows the network path your users actually take.
-
[ French and Arabic side by side ]
Both languages are official; check that a Djibouti visitor gets the right one, plus correct prices in Djiboutian francs pegged to the dollar.
-
[ D-Money and local checkout ]
Djibouti Telecom runs the D-Money wallet, linked to several local banks; test payment pages and app flows from inside the country.
-
[ Data centre next to the cables ]
The carrier-neutral Djibouti Data Center opened in 2013 and hosts DjIX, the national exchange; compare CDN edges and latency against Nairobi or Jeddah.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex. The mobile pool is a handful of addresses with availability that shifts through the day, so it is not a plan. Djibouti has no ISP static IPs and no datacenter IPv4 with us. Use Turbo for repeat checks and Flex when you want a city or ASN filter.
-
Turbo traffic starts at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, both falling with volume. Mobile costs $4 a GB when addresses are up. There is no monthly IP rental for Djibouti because ISP and datacenter stock do not exist here. Your balance works across all products.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. Almost every local address sits on Djibouti Telecom's AS30990, so ASN filters mostly confirm the operator. With one operator, country-level Turbo is often enough. Turbo and Mobile take the country and rotate.
-
They rotate. Turbo and Flex change exits by default and both support sticky sessions for logins and long checkouts. Flex adds a session TTL in minutes and a Windows or Android device filter. There is no static Djiboutian IP for a month, because ISP and datacenter products are not offered.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on the same login. UDP is available on Residential Turbo, while Flex is TCP only. Mail ports open on Turbo alone, after support learns what you are sending. We keep standard infrastructure logs up to three months and never log traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment, no queue. If the Djiboutian exits do not connect or geolocate to the wrong country, write to support within 24 hours for a refund. Run a short test on a small top-up before a long job.

Yes, through the Digital Code the National Assembly approved in June 2025. It includes personal data rules and names a national commission, the CNDP, as the regulator, which was still being set up. Measuring latency or prices is not personal data. Collecting contact details is, and the proxy does not move that duty off you.
