An Ecuadorian IP, which is what local sites read before they decide on prices, delivery and language. Mercado Libre shows shipping to Cuenca differently from Guayaquil. Google.com.ec serves a local pack for Quito. Ads bought for Ecuador only render to an Ecuadorian connection. For SEO, price monitoring and localisation QA, that address is the starting point.
Ecuador proxies on residential IPs from Quito to Guayaquil
Ecuadorian addresses come from two residential pools: Residential Turbo from $2 a GB and Residential Flex from $3 a GB. A small mobile pool exists too. ISP static and datacenter IPv4 are not offered for Ecuador.
Ecuador prices everything in US dollars, so a Quito price page compares directly with Miami. Google answers 92.14% of searches here, and Mercado Libre leads online retail.
Ecuadorian mobile addresses on Claro, Movistar and CNT, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Ecuadorian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Ecuador proxy for Mercado Libre research ]
Mercado Libre took about 49% of Ecuadorian marketplace traffic in CEPAL's count, with OLX second at 10%; both show stock by location.
-
[ Property and car listings ]
Plusvalia leads Ecuadorian real estate traffic and Patiotuerca tops the car category, and both sort listings by province and city.
-
[ SERP checks on Google.com.ec ]
Statcounter put Google at 92.14% and Bing at 6.88% in September 2026, so Ecuadorian rank tracking is mostly a Google job.
-
[ Carrier ASNs for Flex targeting ]
Claro runs as Conecel on AS23487, Movistar as Otecel on AS19114, state CNT on AS28006, and Telconet holds AS27947.
-
[ Guayaquil and Quito peering ]
NAP.EC, run by the nonprofit AEPROVI, exchanges local traffic at two sites, Quito and Guayaquil, so Ecuadorian routes stay short.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex are the main products. The mobile pool is small: a handful of addresses, and availability changes during the day. There are no ISP static or datacenter addresses for Ecuador. Pick Turbo for scraping and rank checks at country level. Pick Flex when the job needs Guayaquil only, or one network such as Claro.
-
Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, and both get cheaper as volume grows. Mobile traffic, when the small pool has free addresses, costs $4 a GB. Ecuador has no monthly per IP plan because there is no ISP or datacenter stock. One balance pays for every product, so a 10 GB test is one top-up.
-
Yes, on Residential Flex. It filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Pichincha province or CNT on AS28006 is a setting. Turbo picks the country and rotates across the whole Ecuadorian pool. Narrow filters match fewer exits, so start broad and tighten only when results differ. Mobile is country level per connection.
-
Both residential pools rotate by default, and both can hold a sticky session. On Flex you set that session lifetime in minutes and can limit exits to Windows or Android devices. A fixed Ecuadorian IP for a whole month is not something we sell, because there are no ISP addresses for this country. Mobile addresses change the way a phone's address does.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 run on one set of credentials. Residential Turbo adds UDP. Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Turbo and open after a request to support with the use case. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months; traffic content is never recorded.
-
Around ten seconds after payment the Ecuadorian credentials appear in your dashboard. Nothing is set up by hand. If the pool does not connect, the IP geolocates outside Ecuador or speed is far below spec, open a ticket within 24 hours and the payment is refunded. A change of plans is not a technical issue.

Ecuador passed its Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos Personales in May 2021, and the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales now enforces it. The law reaches foreign companies that process data of people living in Ecuador. Collecting Mercado Libre prices is not personal data. Collecting seller names and phone numbers is, and the proxy changes nothing about that.
