The big Egyptian shopping sites react to location. Amazon.eg and Noon change prices, stock and delivery promises by address. Google returns different Arabic results in Cairo than abroad, and Egyptian campaigns render only to Egyptian visitors. A local IP lets you see all of that without a team on the ground.
Egypt proxies for Amazon.eg, Noon and Arabic SERP tracking
Egyptian IPs from three products: Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and about 100 mobile addresses on Egyptian carriers. We do not sell ISP static or datacenter addresses for Egypt.
Amazon.eg drew about 7.8 million visits in June 2025 and Noon about 7.4 million, by Ahrefs estimates. Both price in Egyptian pounds and adjust delivery to the address.
Egyptian mobile addresses on Vodafone, Orange and e&, about 100 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Egyptian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. Egypt has no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 in our catalogue, so a fixed monthly IP is not available. Turbo is the workhorse for Amazon.eg and Noon scraping. Flex handles Cairo or Alexandria only, or one ASN. Mobile works for apps that rank phone traffic above broadband.
-
Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB, Flex at $3 a GB and Mobile at $4 a GB, each with volume discounts. Egypt has no monthly per-IP plan because there is no ISP or datacenter stock. All products draw on one balance, so a Noon price crawl and a mobile app check can share a single top-up.
-
Yes, through Flex. Filters cover country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Alexandria only, or Telecom Egypt's AS8452, or Vodafone's AS24835 is a setting. Upper Egypt and Sinai depend on how many devices are online there. Turbo and Mobile select the country and rotate across the live Egyptian pool.
-
Rotating by default, with sticky sessions on both Turbo and Flex for logins and carts that must keep one address. Flex also sets session lifetime in minutes and can restrict exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses rotate like a phone on Vodafone or Orange. An Egyptian IP fixed for a month is not offered.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 run on one set of credentials. Turbo supports UDP; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Residential Turbo and are opened by support after a short talk about your use case. Standard infrastructure logs are kept up to three months, without traffic content.
-
Credentials land in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If the Egyptian pool will not connect or shows the wrong country, contact support within 24 hours and the payment is refunded. Refunds are for technical issues only. Start small to test your target first.

It does when personal data is involved. Law No. 151 of 2020 got its executive regulations through Ministerial Decree No. 816 of 2025, and businesses have until about 1 November 2026 to comply. The Personal Data Protection Center enforces it. Product prices are not personal data, while seller phone numbers on Dubizzle are.
