It gives your request a Guinean IP, so Google, ad networks and local sites answer as they would for someone in Conakry or Kankan. Prices in Guinean francs, French-language results and campaigns bought for Guinea depend on that address. Market researchers, SEO agencies and app testers working on this market need it. A server in Dakar returns a different picture.
Guinea proxies with Guinean residential and mobile addresses
GeekProxy covers Guinea with Residential Turbo and Residential Flex traffic, and a small pool of mobile addresses on top. Use it for SEO, market research and ad checks aimed at Conakry. No ISP or datacenter IPs exist for Guinea.
French is the official language and the Guinean franc the currency. Orange Guinée leads mobile, while the former MTN network now trades as Areeba Guinée under state ownership.
Guinean home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Guinea proxy for a shifting carrier market ]
The state took over MTN's Guinean unit in late 2025, and it now runs as Areeba Guinée on AS37612.
-
[ Orange Guinée sets the pace ]
Orange Guinée (AS37461) is the largest mobile operator, and Cellcom, the third network, has been in financial trouble since early 2026.
-
[ SERP tracking in French ]
Google held 96.52% of Guinean searches in September 2026, so a local IP and French queries give the result page that matters.
-
[ ACE capacity through GUILAB ]
The ACE cable lands at Kipé in Conakry, opened in June 2014, and GUILAB (AS328107) manages Guinea's share of that capacity.
-
[ Data rules dating from 2016 ]
Law L/2016/037 puts cybersecurity and personal data protection in one text, with a separate part on handling personal data.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and a small mobile pool. Guinea has no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 in our catalogue. Pick Turbo for volume scraping and SERP checks. Pick Flex for an ASN filter, a Windows or Android exit, or a timed session. Mobile is a handful of IPs with availability that shifts during the day.
-
By traffic. Turbo starts at $2 a GB, Flex at $3 and mobile at $4, and every rate drops on volume. You will not find a monthly per-IP plan for Guinea, as there is no ISP or datacenter stock. A single balance funds all three pools, which makes side-by-side tests cheap.
-
On Flex it is. You can narrow by country, city, region, ASN and ZIP, for example Conakry only, or the Orange Guinée network via AS37461. Exits outside the capital are scarce at times, so ask support about stock before relying on them. Turbo and mobile pick the country, nothing finer.
-
Rotation is the default on both residential pools. A sticky session holds one address for a login or a payment flow, and on Flex you choose its lifetime in minutes. Mobile addresses move the way carrier IPs move on a phone. Long-term static Guinean IPs are not offered because the country has no ISP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, all on the same credentials. UDP is available on Turbo, and Flex is limited to TCP. Mail ports open on Residential Turbo only, after you explain the use case to support. Infrastructure logs are the standard kind, kept up to three months, and they hold no traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment, the access details show up in your dashboard. If the Guinean pool does not connect or the location is wrong, contact support within 24 hours for a refund. That window covers technical issues, not a change of plan. Try a small top-up before a large one.

Orange Guinée is the biggest network, Areeba Guinée (formerly MTN) has been state-owned since late 2025, and Cellcom is the smallest. On the legal side, Law L/2016/037 covers personal data along with cybersecurity. Public prices and search results are not personal data; scraped phone numbers are. Using a proxy leaves those obligations with you.
