Seeing Haitian pages the way people in Haiti see them. A Haitian IP decides the language a site picks, the prices a store quotes in gourdes, and which ads appear. Diaspora services, NGOs, media researchers and app teams use it to check the receiving side of their product. It also shows how local Google results look for French and Creole queries.
Haiti proxies on Haitian residential and mobile IPs
Haitian IPs come in two residential flavours, Turbo and Flex, both from the 187-country pool. There is also a small mobile pool on local networks. We have no ISP or datacenter addresses for Haiti.
Two official languages, French and Haitian Creole. Two mobile wallets, Digicel's MonCash and Natcom's Natcash. Google answers about 96% of searches here.
Haitian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Haiti proxy for bilingual QA ]
French and Haitian Creole are both official, so check which language your site, app store page or ad serves to a Haitian IP.
-
[ Mobile money pages from inside ]
MonCash from Digicel and Natcash from Natcom handle transfers and bill payments; their sign-up and fee pages are written for Haitian users.
-
[ Remittance flows seen locally ]
MonCash receives international transfers through Ria, so a diaspora product can test the receiving side as a user in Haiti sees it.
-
[ Google almost alone in search ]
Statcounter puts Google at 96.26% and Bing at 3.23% in September 2026, so SERP work here is about google.ht and google.com results.
-
[ A local internet exchange ]
HIX Haiti, the country's internet exchange, keeps some domestic traffic local; Access Haiti (AS27759) announces the largest number of Haitian routes.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and a small mobile pool. Haiti has no ISP static stock and no datacenter IPv4 with us. Turbo suits most checks and light scraping. Flex helps when you want a network by ASN or exits from Windows or Android devices only. Mobile is the last resort for strict targets, because the pool is thin.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Residential Flex from $3 a GB, and both go down with volume. Mobile traffic is $4 a GB. No per-IP monthly plan exists for Haiti, since there are no ISP or datacenter addresses. A single balance pays for everything, so you can compare Turbo and mobile on the same page without a second purchase.
-
On Flex you filter by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. The Haitian pool is small, so a city filter outside Port-au-Prince may return nothing for part of the day. Filtering by ASN behaves the same way. Turbo and Mobile take the country only, which covers most language and pricing checks.
-
They rotate by default. Turbo and Flex both support sticky sessions, which hold one address while you log in or fill a form. Flex lets you set that session in minutes. A Haitian IP reserved for a month is not on offer. The mobile pool is a handful of addresses that come and go during the day.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, all on the same login. Turbo adds UDP; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist on Residential Turbo alone and support opens them after reviewing your use case. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months. Traffic content is never written to them.
-
Credentials show up in your dashboard roughly ten seconds after payment. If the Haitian pool will not connect or the address resolves outside Haiti, open a ticket within 24 hours for a refund. The refund covers technical problems, not a change of plans. With a pool this small, start with a modest top-up.

Both. The constitution names French and Haitian Creole as official languages, and Creole is the everyday language for most people. A site that picks language by IP may still open in French. Check that Creole content, if you have it, is reachable, and that MonCash or Natcash payment steps read correctly in each version.
