Load Ivorian sites as someone in Abidjan or Bouaké would. Jumia CI prices and delivery, French-language Google results for .ci queries, local ad placements and wallet payment pages all react to the visitor's country. Retail analysts collect CFA franc prices this way. App teams check that Orange Money and Wave flows open correctly for Ivorian users.
Ivory Coast proxies for French-language e-commerce research
Ivorian IPs for price checks, ad verification and app QA. Residential Turbo and Flex come from our 187-country pool, and about 100 mobile addresses run on Ivorian carriers. There is no ISP or datacenter stock for Côte d'Ivoire.
Orange dominates with 30.9 million of the country's 59.9 million mobile lines, per ARTCI's June 2025 count. Prices are in West African CFA francs, and the clock sits on GMT.
Ivorian mobile addresses on Orange, MTN and Moov, about 100 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Ivorian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Ivory Coast proxy for Jumia CI ]
Jumia CI lists over 500,000 products and takes Orange Money, MTN Money, Wave or cash on delivery; delivery options change with the Ivorian address.
-
[ Mobile IPs on Orange, MTN and Moov ]
Orange Côte d'Ivoire (AS29571), MTN (AS36974) and Moov Africa (AS37190) carry the country's mobile traffic; Flex filters on each ASN.

-
[ Local traffic through CIVIX ]
The CIVIX exchange in Abidjan had 14 members in May 2026 and is adding a third point of presence at Raxio's data centre.
-
[ French SERPs on Google ]
Google handled 96.22% of Ivorian searches in September 2026, Bing 3.19%; queries and ads run in French, the only official language.

Three of them: Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. We have no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 for the country. Turbo is the everyday pick for scraping Jumia CI or tracking rankings. Flex fits jobs tied to Abidjan, a region or one carrier. Mobile suits wallet apps and sites that treat Orange or MTN phone traffic as more trustworthy.
-
From $2 a GB on Residential Turbo, $3 a GB on Flex and $4 a GB on Mobile, with discounts on bigger volumes. No per-IP monthly plan exists for Côte d'Ivoire because we have no ISP or datacenter addresses there. A single balance pays for all three, so a residential price crawl and a mobile checkout test share one top-up.
-
Flex handles that with country, region, city, ASN and ZIP filters. Pick Abidjan, or keep traffic on MTN through AS36974. Coverage outside Abidjan depends on which devices are online at that moment, so Yamoussoukro or San-Pédro may be patchy. Turbo and Mobile work at country level and rotate through the live Ivorian pool.
-
They rotate unless you ask for a sticky session, which both Turbo and Flex offer for logins and checkouts. On Flex you also set how many minutes a session lives and whether exits come from Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses shift the way a Moov or Orange phone's address does. Monthly static Ivorian IPs are not on offer.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share the same login. Turbo adds UDP, and Flex is TCP only. Mail ports can be opened on Residential Turbo only, after support checks what you intend to send. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months; they do not include traffic content.
-
Around ten seconds after payment the credentials are live in your dashboard. If the Ivorian pool fails or geolocates to the wrong country, tell support within 24 hours and you get the payment back. A refund applies to technical faults only. Start with a small package to make sure the pool fits your target.

If personal data is involved, yes. Law No. 2013-450 of 19 June 2013 makes ARTCI the data protection authority, and processing often needs its prior authorisation. ARTCI has also launched a national survey of how well processing complies. Product prices on Jumia CI are not personal data, but seller names and phone numbers are.
