A Kosovo address, which ad platforms, shops and app stores read before deciding what to show. Albanian-language campaigns targeted at Kosovo, euro prices for local delivery and Google results for Pristina or Prizren all need the request to start inside the country. App teams use it to check the Kosovo build before release.
Kosovo proxies on local residential and mobile IPs
Kosovo addresses for ad checks, app QA and SEO. Residential Turbo and Flex come from the 187-country pool, from $2 a GB. Mobile is listed at $4 a GB, but only a few addresses exist. There is no ISP or datacenter stock for Kosovo.
Prices are in euro. Albanian and Serbian are the official languages. Since 2017 the country has dialled on its own code, +383.
Kosovo home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Kosovo proxy for Albanian-language ads ]
Campaigns aimed at Kosovo in Albanian render only to a Kosovo address; from Tirana or Vienna the slot belongs to another market.
-
[ Two mobile networks dominate ]
In mid-2024 IPKO, owned by Telekom Slovenije, had 1.06 million subscribers and Vala 0.79 million, with MTS far behind at 54,000.
-
[ Google answers 96% of queries ]
Google takes 96.05% of search in Kosovo and Bing 3.03% (Statcounter, September 2026), so one local Google report covers almost everything.
-
[ Fixed networks you can filter ]
Telekomi i Kosovës announces AS8661, IPKO AS21246 and Kujtesa AS29170; Flex can ask for any of them by ASN.
-
[ KOSIX keeps local routes short ]
KOSIX, the first internet exchange in Kosovo, opened on 23 June 2011 inside the telecom regulator and links the main ISPs.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. There are no ISP static IPs and no datacenter IPv4 for Kosovo. Turbo is the general tool for SERP and price work. Flex is for a specific city or network. Mobile barely exists here: the pool is a handful of addresses, and availability changes during the day.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB, both cheaper on volume. Mobile is $4 a GB when an address is free. Kosovo has no monthly per-IP product. One balance covers all three, so a Turbo crawl and an occasional mobile check run from the same top-up.
-
Use Flex. It filters by country, region, city, ZIP and ASN, so Prizren only, or IPKO on AS21246, is a setting. The pool in a small market is thinner than in Germany, so check availability first. Turbo works at country level and rotates. Mobile is chosen per connection by country.
-
Both residential products rotate by default and both offer sticky sessions. Flex adds a session lifetime in minutes and a Windows or Android exit filter. Mobile addresses rotate when IPKO or Vala reassigns them. A Kosovo IP fixed to you for a month is not something we sell.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on one login. Residential Turbo carries UDP, and Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are opened only on Turbo, by support, once the use case is clear. Standard infrastructure logs stay for up to three months, with no traffic content recorded.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials show up in your dashboard. If the Kosovo pool will not connect, geolocates elsewhere or runs far below the stated speed, a ticket within 24 hours gets you a refund. That covers technical issues, not a change of plans.

Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data, in force since 13 February 2019 and supervised by the Information and Privacy Agency. The proxy does not change who is responsible: collect personal data of Kosovo residents and you are the controller. Price and SERP monitoring do not involve personal data. Plan for both Albanian and Serbian interfaces.
