A Kuwaiti IP, which stores, delivery apps, classifieds and ad networks read as a customer in Kuwait. You see dinar prices, KNET at checkout, local delivery zones and the ads bought for this market. From a Saudi or UAE address the same pages often switch currency or catalogue, so Kuwait QA needs a Kuwaiti exit.
Kuwait proxies on Kuwaiti residential and mobile IPs
Kuwaiti IPs for checkout QA, delivery app testing and ad verification. GeekProxy sells Residential Turbo and Residential Flex traffic for Kuwait and mobile addresses on Kuwaiti carriers, about 800 live now. ISP and datacenter IPs are not offered here.
Payments run on KNET, the national debit network. Talabat started in Kuwait in 2004. Zain, Ooredoo and stc share the mobile market, and Google takes 94.32% of search.
Kuwaiti mobile addresses on Zain, Ooredoo and stc, about 820 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Kuwaiti home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Kuwait proxy for KNET checkout tests ]
Checkout.com says nearly 80% of online payments in Kuwait go through KNET cards, so a store's KNET option must be tested from Kuwait.
-
[ Delivery apps born in Kuwait ]
Talabat was founded in Kuwait in 2004, and its menus, fees and delivery zones depend on the Kuwaiti location you open them from.
-
[ 4Sale listings and prices ]
4Sale, majority-owned by the National Bank of Kuwait since 2018, lists cars, property and electronics that local users see first.
-
[ Mobile IPs on Zain, Ooredoo and stc ]
Zain routes on AS42961, Ooredoo on AS29357 and stc, the former VIVA, on AS47589; about 800 carrier addresses are live.
-
[ Bing is not negligible here ]
Bing holds 4.45% of Kuwaiti search beside Google's 94.32% (Statcounter, September 2026), enough to track both for Arabic keywords.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile; there is no ISP static or datacenter IPv4 for Kuwait. Turbo handles scraping and SERP checks. Flex adds city, ASN and ZIP filters and Windows or Android exits. Mobile, with about 800 addresses, is for app tests and platforms that trust carrier networks.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, Mobile from $4 a GB, each cheaper on volume. No monthly per-IP price applies to Kuwait, since there is no ISP or datacenter product. One balance covers all three, so a Talabat test on residential and on mobile is one top-up.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so a Zain AS42961 exit or a single governorate is a setting when the pool has it. Turbo works at country level. Mobile chooses Kuwait for each connection, which is enough for app store and ad checks on all three networks.
-
Residential addresses rotate by default; sticky sessions on Turbo and Flex hold one IP through a login or KNET payment page. Flex sets the session lifetime in minutes. Mobile addresses change as a phone's address does on Zain or Ooredoo. A static Kuwaiti IP for 30 days is not available, because Kuwait has no ISP stock.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on one set of credentials, residential and mobile alike. UDP works on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are opened only on Turbo, after support reviews the task. Standard infrastructure logs are kept up to three months, and traffic content is never stored.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are in your dashboard. If the Kuwaiti pool does not connect or reports another country, open a ticket within 24 hours and the payment is refunded. That covers technical faults, not a change of plans, so start with a small top-up.

CITRA's Data Privacy Protection Regulation, Resolution No. 26 of 2024, took effect in February 2024 and binds CITRA-licensed telecom and IT providers. Other businesses still answer for the personal data they collect. Prices and ad placements are fine; seller phone numbers from 4Sale are personal data. A proxy does not change that.
