A Lao IP address, so search engines, ad networks and apps treat you as a user in Laos. That matters for google.la rankings, for checking Lao-language ads and for testing a checkout in kip. From Thailand or Vietnam the same pages often look different. The neighbours share a border, not a geo setting.
Laos proxies on Lao residential IP addresses
Need a Lao address for rank tracking, ad checks or app QA? We sell Residential Turbo and Residential Flex traffic for Laos from the 187-country pool, plus a small mobile pool. There is no ISP or datacenter stock for Laos.
Google takes 98.93% of Lao search (Statcounter, September 2026). Four carriers share the phones: Unitel, Lao Telecom, ETL and T-Plus. The country runs on UTC+7 and pays in kip.
Lao home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Laos proxy for google.la tracking ]
With Google at 98.93% and Bing under 1%, one engine decides Lao visibility, so check google.la in Lao script from inside the country.
-
[ Lao carriers by ASN on Flex ]
Unitel runs on AS131267, Lao Telecom on AS9873 and ETL on AS10226; Flex filters residential exits by these numbers when the pool has them.
-
[ Ad previews for Lao campaigns ]
A campaign aimed at Laos renders to a Lao connection, while an address in Bangkok or Hanoi sees another advertiser in that slot.
-
[ App QA in Lao script ]
Lao is the only official language, so check fonts, date formats and kip prices in your app the way a local user gets them.
-
[ A .la domain proves nothing ]
The .la zone is sold abroad through CentralNic as a Los Angeles address. Geo checks should test the IP, never the domain.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex carry most Lao work. Turbo is the general choice for scraping and SERP checks. Flex is for when you need a carrier by ASN or a city. Mobile exists, but the pool is small: a handful of addresses, and availability changes during the day. There are no ISP static or datacenter IPs for Laos.
-
Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, both cheaper on bigger volumes. Mobile is $4 a GB when addresses are online. Laos has no per-IP monthly price, because there is no ISP or datacenter product here. One balance pays for everything, so a first test costs very little.
-
On Residential Flex you can filter by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. In Laos the ASN filter does the most work: Unitel AS131267, Lao Telecom AS9873, ETL AS10226. City coverage depends on what the residential pool holds at that moment. Turbo and mobile work at country level, which is enough for national search and ad checks.
-
Rotating. Both residential pools change the exit address by default, and both offer sticky sessions when a login or a multi-step form needs one IP. Flex lets you set the session lifetime in minutes and restrict exits to Windows or Android devices. A Lao address that stays yours for a whole month is not something we sell.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on one set of credentials. Turbo also carries UDP; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Residential Turbo and are opened through support once you describe the task. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and never record traffic content.
-
Credentials appear in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If the Lao pool fails to connect or shows the wrong country, write to support within 24 hours and the payment comes back. The refund covers technical issues only. Start with a small top-up and check your target first.

Laos regulates personal data through the Law on Electronic Data Protection No. 25/NA of 2017, enforced by the Ministry of Technology and Communications. Moving personal data out of the country needs approval. Collecting public prices or ad placements is one thing; collecting names and phone numbers is another. The proxy does not shift that responsibility away from you.
