Getting the answers a person in Riga or Daugavpils gets. Search results on google.lv and Yandex, euro prices on 220.lv, local ads, the listings on ss.com. Agencies run SEO in two languages from here. Fintech and e-commerce teams test their Baltic launch on Latvian networks before real customers find the gaps.
Latvia proxies for a two-language search market
Latvian IPs from home lines and phones in three products. Residential Turbo from $2 a GB. Residential Flex from $3 a GB. Mobile at $4 a GB, about 140 carrier addresses live. No ISP or datacenter addresses for Latvia.
Riga is a small market with an odd search split. Google holds 84.48%, yet Yandex keeps 11.18%, and a large part of the country reads the web in Russian as well as Latvian.
Latvian mobile addresses on LMT, Tele2 and Bite, about 140 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Latvian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Yandex and Google from Riga ]
Statcounter puts Google at 84.48% and Yandex at 11.18% in September 2026, the kind of split you only measure from a Latvian address.
-
[ Latvia proxy for ss.com listings ]
Flats, cars and jobs in Latvia mostly go through ss.com; monitoring prices there from a local IP looks like an ordinary Riga user.
-
[ 220.lv and local e-commerce ]
The 220.lv shop sells everything from phones to garden tools in euro; delivery and stock depend on a Latvian address.
-
[ Mobile IPs on LMT, Tele2 and Bite ]
LMT runs AS12847 and AS24921, Tele2 SIA AS60066, Bite Latvija AS20910; Tet, the former incumbent, holds AS5518 for fixed lines.
-
[ Bilingual QA in one country ]
Latvian is the state language, Russian is widely used, so a Riga test should check both interfaces before a Baltic launch.

Three: Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. We do not have Latvian ISP or datacenter addresses, so a monthly static IP is not possible; Finland is our nearest own datacenter location. Turbo handles volume. Flex handles a city or one carrier. Mobile covers apps that expect a carrier IP.
-
Residential Turbo starts at $2 a GB, Flex at $3 a GB, and the price per GB falls on bigger packages. Mobile is $4 a GB. One balance pays for everything, and billing is by traffic only. A weekly ss.com rent survey for Riga, a few thousand listing pages, fits inside a small package.
-
Residential Flex does that. Filters cover country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Riga, the Kurzeme region or Tele2 on AS60066 can be pinned. In a country of under two million people the city pool is thin outside Riga, and it changes during the day. Turbo and Mobile work at country level.
-
Both residential pools rotate by default and offer sticky sessions. On Flex the sticky time is set in minutes, and exits can be limited to Windows or Android devices. Mobile IPs move the way a phone on LMT or Bite moves, with sticky holds available. There is no static Latvian IP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 run on the same login on every product. Residential Turbo carries UDP as well; Flex stays on TCP. Mail ports are possible on Turbo alone, on request through support with a description of the task. Infrastructure logs are standard, kept for up to three months, without traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment you have working credentials in the dashboard. Pick Latvia in the login and the traffic leaves from Latvian IPs. If the pool does not connect, lands in the wrong country or is far below the stated speed, report it within 24 hours for a refund.

GDPR applies, and the regulator is the Datu valsts inspekcija, the Data State Inspectorate. The proxy changes your IP, not your duties. Prices and rankings are not personal data; seller phone numbers from ss.com ads are. Local traffic exchange happens in Riga, where PITER-IX Riga, SMILE-IXP and the government GLV-IX operate.
