A Liberian mobile IP, the same kind of address a phone user in Monrovia browses from. With it you can see Google results for Monrovia, prices in US or Liberian dollars and ads bought for a Liberian audience. It suits ad verification, app QA and spot checks of search. Heavy scraping is a poor fit for a pool this size.
Liberia proxies on Liberian mobile carrier IPs
For Liberia, GeekProxy sells one product: mobile proxies on local carrier addresses, billed per GB. Residential Turbo and Flex do not cover the country, and there are no ISP or datacenter IPs either.
The pool is small, a handful of addresses whose availability changes during the day. Lonestar Cell MTN and Orange Liberia dominate mobile, and prices circulate in both US and Liberian dollars.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Liberia proxy on mobile networks ]
Lonestar Cell MTN (AS37410) and Orange Liberia (AS37094) are the two dominant mobile operators in the country.
-
[ Two currencies on one page ]
US dollars and Liberian dollars both circulate, so check which one a local shop or service shows a Liberian visitor.
-
[ Google search from Monrovia ]
Statcounter gave Google 96.62% of Liberian searches in September 2026, with Bing at 2.89% and almost nothing else.
-
[ One cable, known outages ]
International traffic rides the ACE cable landing in Monrovia, and in 2025 the regulator announced moving the landing station after outages.
-
[ No general data law yet ]
Liberia has no general data protection law in force, and a privacy bill has been under review in the House of Representatives.

Only mobile. Liberia is outside our residential pools, so Residential Turbo and Residential Flex are not available, and the ISP and datacenter catalogues do not include it either. The mobile pool is a handful of carrier addresses, and how many are online changes through the day. Plan short checks rather than continuous high-volume collection.
-
Mobile traffic starts at $4 a GB and gets cheaper on volume. You pay for gigabytes, not for addresses, and there is no monthly per-IP plan because Liberia has no ISP or datacenter stock. The balance is the same one you use for other countries, so unspent money is not locked to Liberia.
-
No. Mobile proxies pick the country per connection, and that is the finest setting available for Liberia. City, ASN and ZIP filters belong to Residential Flex, which does not cover the country. For national search and ad checks, a Liberian IP without a city is enough.
-
Mobile addresses change the way a carrier's IPs change on a phone, so treat them as rotating. A static Liberian IP for a month is not on offer, since there is no ISP product. For a long login, keep the task short or plan for the address to change midway.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 work on the same credentials. Mail ports are opened only on Residential Turbo, which does not cover Liberia, so sending mail through a Liberian address is not possible. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months, and never the content of your traffic.
-
Credentials appear in your dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If no Liberian address connects or the geo is wrong, tell support within 24 hours and the payment is returned. With a pool this small, start with a small top-up and test during the hours you plan to work.

There is no general data protection law in force yet, and a privacy bill has been under review in the legislature. That does not make scraped personal data free to use, because other countries' laws may still apply to you. Public prices and search results are a safe scope. English is the official language, so most sites need a single interface checked.
