The page a Luxembourg resident gets. Which language loads first, which prices and VAT apply, which ads show: sites decide all of that by IP, and Luxembourg is easy to confuse with Belgium, France or Germany. A local address settles it. It also gives rank tracking for a market where Bing and DuckDuckGo together hold over 15%.
Luxembourg proxies on local residential and mobile IPs
A Luxembourg address for ad checks, localisation QA and search research. Residential Turbo and Flex come from the 187-country pool, from $2 a GB. Mobile addresses on Luxembourg networks cost $4 a GB, but the pool is tiny. No ISP or datacenter IPs here.
Three official languages share one small market. Search is unusual too. DuckDuckGo takes 6.8%, far more than in neighbouring countries.
Luxembourgish mobile addresses on POST, Tango and Orange, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Luxembourgish home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Luxembourg proxy for language QA ]
Luxembourgish, French and German are all official, so a site has to decide which one to serve a Luxembourg visitor by default.
-
[ Search beyond Google ]
Google holds 80.82%, Bing 8.85% and DuckDuckGo 6.8% of Luxembourg search (Statcounter, September 2026); a Google-only report skips almost a fifth of queries.
-
[ Ad checks on a cross-border market ]
A campaign bought for Luxembourg should not leak to Metz or Trier; only a Luxembourg IP shows what the targeting really does.
-
[ Mobile IPs on Tango, POST and Orange ]
Tango, part of Proximus, had about 295,000 mobile subscribers and Orange about 225,000 at the end of 2022; POST runs the third network.
-
[ LU-CIX and gaming networks ]
LU-CIX has linked local and international networks since 2009, and Epic Games International registers several of its own ASNs in Luxembourg.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. Luxembourg has no ISP static product and no datacenter IPv4 with us. Turbo is the default for SERP and price work. Flex fits when you need Esch-sur-Alzette or one operator. The mobile pool is a handful of addresses and its availability changes during the day, so keep mobile tasks short.
-
From $2 a GB on Residential Turbo and $3 a GB on Flex, both cheaper on volume. Mobile traffic is $4 a GB. There is no monthly price per IP for Luxembourg, since no ISP or datacenter stock exists. All products share one balance, so a three-language QA pass and a mobile check fit in one top-up.
-
Flex filters by country, region, city, ZIP and ASN. POST Luxembourg announces AS6661, Tango AS56665 and Orange Luxembourg AS34769, so a single-operator session is a setting. In a country this small the pool is thin, so check availability before a large job. Turbo works at country level. Mobile is chosen by country per connection.
-
Turbo and Flex rotate by default, and both hold one IP through sticky sessions when a login needs it. Flex lets you set the session length in minutes and keep exits on Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses rotate as the carrier assigns them. We do not rent a fixed Luxembourg IP by the month.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, with one set of credentials. UDP runs on Residential Turbo, and Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Turbo; support opens them after hearing the use case. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months. Traffic content is not recorded.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are live in your dashboard. If the Luxembourg pool fails to connect, appears outside the country or runs far below the stated speed, write within 24 hours and we refund. The refund is for technical issues, so a small test top-up first makes sense.

GDPR, completed by the Law of 1 August 2018 that organised the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), based in Belvaux. A proxy does not change your role: personal data of Luxembourg residents makes you the controller. SERP checks and price monitoring are a different matter. The euro is the currency, so price data compares directly with France and Germany.
