It puts your request inside Malawi. Operator promotions, kwacha prices, local Google results and campaigns aimed at Malawian audiences then appear as residents see them. NGOs and survey teams use it to check that forms and portals work before going to the field. App developers confirm that sign-up and payment screens behave on Airtel and TNM connections.
Malawi proxies on Malawian residential and mobile IPs
Malawian IPs for research, ad checks and app testing. Residential Turbo and Flex come from our 187-country pool, and about 90 mobile addresses run on Malawian networks. Malawi has no ISP static or datacenter stock with us.
Airtel Malawi and TNM run the two big mobile networks. Lilongwe is the capital and largest city, Blantyre the commercial centre, and clocks stay on UTC+2.
Malawian mobile addresses on Airtel and TNM, about 90 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Malawian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Malawi proxy for NGO and survey work ]
Development teams can check how public portals, mobile forms and local news sites load for a Malawian visitor before a field rollout.
-
[ Mobile IPs on Airtel and TNM ]
Airtel Malawi runs AS37440 and TNM runs AS37294, so a Flex ASN filter keeps every request on one of the two networks.
-
[ Two exchanges, two cities ]
MIX-BT in Blantyre had 10 members and LIONEX1 in Lilongwe had 4 in October 2026, according to PeeringDB data.
-
[ TNM is listed in Blantyre ]
TNM shares have traded on the Malawi Stock Exchange since 2008, and Press Corporation is its largest shareholder.
-
[ Google answers 96% of searches ]
Statcounter gave Google 96.07% of Malawian searches in September 2026 and Bing 3.39%; English is the official language, Chichewa widely spoken.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. There are no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 for Malawi, so we cannot sell a fixed monthly IP. Turbo is the default for scraping and search checks. Flex is for Lilongwe or Blantyre alone, or one operator by ASN. Mobile is for services that weigh phone networks above home lines.
-
Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, Mobile from $4 a GB, all cheaper at higher volumes. No per-IP monthly price exists for Malawi, because we have no ISP or datacenter addresses there. One balance funds all three, so a Turbo crawl and a mobile app check can come from the same top-up.
-
On Flex you can. Its country, region, city, ASN and ZIP filters keep traffic in Blantyre, or on Airtel only through AS37440. Towns like Mzuzu or Zomba appear when devices there are online, so expect gaps. Turbo and Mobile pick the country and rotate across the live Malawian pool.
-
They rotate by default. Sticky sessions on Turbo and Flex keep one address for a login or a survey form. Flex adds a session lifetime in minutes and an exit filter for Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses change as an Airtel or TNM phone's address would. A Malawian IP that stays yours for a month is not available.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one set of credentials. Turbo supports UDP; Flex works over TCP only. Mail ports are possible only on Residential Turbo, once support has reviewed your use case. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months, and traffic content is never logged.
-
The credentials appear in your dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If the Malawian pool cannot connect or shows a different country, write to support within 24 hours for a refund. Only technical problems qualify. Test your target with a small package before you buy more.

Yes. Malawi enacted a Data Protection Act in 2024 and designated MACRA, the communications regulator, as the data protection authority. If your project collects names, phone numbers or survey answers from Malawians, the Act applies. Public kwacha prices and operator tariffs are not personal data. The proxy changes your address, not your obligations.
