Load sites, ads and apps as a Malian user does. Price pages in CFA francs, Google results for Bamako queries, ads bought for Malian audiences and app store listings all react to the IP. Localisation teams use it to check French and Bambara interfaces. SEO teams use it to see real local rankings instead of a guess from Dakar or Paris.
Mali proxies: Malian residential IPs and a small mobile pool
Malian addresses come from two residential pools, Turbo and Flex, plus a handful of mobile IPs. That covers localisation QA, search checks and ad verification. Static ISP and datacenter addresses for Mali are not sold.
Since the 2023 constitution, Mali's 13 national languages are official and French is the working language. Google holds about 97% of search, and nearly nine phones in ten run Android.
Malian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Localisation QA in Bambara and French ]
The 2023 constitution made Bambara and twelve other national languages official, and a Malian IP shows which interface a local user really gets.
-
[ Payment checks around Orange Money ]
Orange held about 78% of the Malian mobile money market in 2023, so checkout pages built for Mali are worth testing from a local address.
-
[ Three carriers, one clear leader ]
Orange Mali (AS30985) had about 62% of mobile subscribers at the end of 2023, ahead of Moov Africa Malitel and Telecel.
-
[ Google search almost alone ]
Statcounter gave Google 96.67% of Malian searches in September 2026 and Bing 2.59%, so rank tracking here is a single-engine job.
-
[ Landlocked, no cable of its own ]
Mali has no coastline, so traffic reaches Bamako over terrestrial fibre or satellite, which shows up in latency tests.

Two residential pools and a small mobile one. Residential Turbo is the default for scraping and SERP work. Residential Flex adds filters by city, ASN and ZIP, Windows or Android exits and a session timer. Mobile in Mali is a handful of addresses that come and go during the day. There are no ISP or datacenter addresses for Mali.
-
$2 a GB on Turbo, $3 a GB on Flex and $4 a GB on mobile, each lower on bigger volumes. Mali has no per-IP monthly offer because the ISP and datacenter catalogues do not include it. Pay into one balance and spend it on whichever pool the task needs that day.
-
Yes, on Flex. Its filters cover country, city, region, ASN and ZIP, so a test can stay on Bamako or on Orange Mali's AS30985. Smaller towns may have few residential exits at any moment, so confirm stock first. Turbo and mobile choose the country only, which is enough for national search and pricing checks.
-
They rotate by default on Turbo and Flex. Turn on a sticky session when a login, a cart or a multi-step form needs one address throughout; on Flex you set its length in minutes. Mobile IPs change as carrier addresses do. A fixed Malian IP for a month is not available, since there is no ISP product.
-
Every pool takes HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on one set of credentials. Turbo also carries UDP; Flex stays TCP only. Mail ports are possible only on Residential Turbo, after support reviews what you plan to send. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and we do not log the content of traffic.
-
Around ten seconds after the payment clears, the credentials sit in your dashboard. A connection failure or a wrong country is a technical issue: tell support within 24 hours and you get the money back. Buying the wrong product is not. Start small and check the Malian pool against your real target.

Law 2013-015 on personal data, amended in 2017, is enforced by the APDP, which has sent formal notices to more than a hundred companies. Scraping public prices or search results is not personal data. Harvesting names or phone numbers of Malian users is, and the proxy does not change that. Your obligations stay with you.
