To see what a buyer in Fort-de-France sees. French e-commerce sites apply the overseas VAT rate and different delivery terms, travel sites change hotel and flight prices, and campaigns aimed at the Antilles show only to local connections. A Martinique residential IP lets you check all of that from your desk, for pricing studies, ad verification or QA.
Martinique proxies on Fort-de-France residential IPs
Residential IPs in Martinique, billed by the gigabyte: Turbo from $2, Flex from $3. The mobile pool is very small. Martinique has no ISP static or datacenter product with us.
A French department in the Lesser Antilles. Euro, French and Creole, Atlantic time with no clock change. The standard VAT rate is 8.5%, against 20% in mainland France.
Martinique mobile addresses on Orange, SFR, Digicel and Free, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Martinique home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Martinique proxy for French retail prices ]
With VAT at 8.5% instead of 20%, French shops show Martinique buyers other totals, and only a local session reveals them.
-
[ 5G networks since February 2025 ]
ARCEP opened 5G in Martinique on 18 February 2025 for Digicel AFG, Free Caraïbe, Orange and Outremer Telecom, which trades as SFR Caraïbe.
-
[ Hotel and flight rate checks ]
Travel sites price a Fort-de-France visitor differently from a Paris one, and a local IP is the only way to audit the island's own rates.
-
[ Fixed networks by ASN ]
Outremer Telecom runs AS20776, Digicel AFG AS48252 and Idom Technologies AS51110; Residential Flex can keep exits on one of them.
-
[ Five cables, short routes ]
ECFS, Southern Caribbean Fiber and CELIA land at Le Lamentin, and Kanawa plus ARIMAO at Schoelcher, so Martinique exits stay responsive.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex are the working products. Mobile exists only as a small pool, a handful of addresses whose availability changes during the day. There are no ISP static or datacenter IPv4 addresses for Martinique. Turbo is enough for most checks. Pick Flex if you need one network, such as Outremer Telecom, or device filters.
-
Residential Turbo costs from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB, and both get cheaper with volume. Mobile is $4 a GB whenever the small pool has a free address. There is no monthly per IP price for Martinique, since no ISP or datacenter stock exists. A pricing audit of a few French shops rarely needs more than a few gigabytes.
-
On Residential Flex you can set country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. Outremer Telecom on AS20776, or Fort-de-France only, are both possible. On an island of this size the pool is small, so add filters one at a time and check how many exits remain. Turbo picks the country and rotates. Mobile is chosen by country per connection.
-
Rotating is the default on Turbo and Flex. Need one address for a whole checkout? Turn on a sticky session; Flex lets you set its length in minutes and restrict exits to Windows or Android devices. A static Martinique IP rented by the month is not available, as ISP addresses are not sold here. Mobile addresses rotate with the network.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, all on one login. UDP is supported on Residential Turbo. Flex is TCP only. Mail ports can be enabled on Turbo after support reviews your use case; no other product has them. Standard infrastructure logs are kept up to three months, and traffic content is not logged.
-
Credentials show up in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. When the Martinique pool fails to connect, exits geolocate outside the island or speed is far below what we promise, open a ticket within 24 hours. Technical problems are refunded. Buying for the wrong task is not a technical problem, so test with a small top-up.
-
Yes. Martinique is a French territorial collectivity and part of the EU, so GDPR applies and the CNIL supervises it. Comparing VAT inclusive prices or testing your own site involves no personal data. Collecting names or phone numbers of residents does, and you stay the controller regardless of the proxy. The local .mq domain is managed by Canal+ Telecom.
