For seeing the Mongolian web from Ulaanbaatar rather than from Beijing or Moscow. Tugrik prices on Shoppy.mn, listings on unegui.mn, local ads and Google or Bing results in Mongolian Cyrillic all depend on the visitor's address. Mining suppliers, travel firms and app teams use it for market research, ad checks and localisation QA.
Mongolia proxies with Mongolian residential and mobile IPs
Mongolian IPs come in three forms here: Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and about 110 mobile addresses on local networks. ISP static and datacenter IPv4 are not offered for Mongolia.
Bing takes an unusual 7.47% of Mongolian search behind Google's 90.4%. Ulaanbaatar runs on UTC+8, while Khovd, Uvs and Bayan-Ölgii in the far west keep UTC+7.
Mongolian mobile addresses on Unitel, Mobicom, Skytel and G-Mobile, about 110 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Mongolian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Bing is worth tracking in Mongolia ]
At 7.47% of queries (Statcounter, September 2026), Bing in Mongolia is far above its usual Asian share. Track both engines from Ulaanbaatar.
-
[ Mongolia proxy for unegui.mn and Shoppy ]
Unegui.mn hosts classifieds for flats, cars and jobs, and Shoppy.mn sells online in tugrik. Prices and stock read best locally.
-
[ Five mobile networks in one country ]
Unitel, Mobicom (AS55805), Skytel, G-Mobile (AS24559) and ONDO, launched in 2021, share the market; we hold about 110 carrier addresses.
-
[ QPay checkout tests ]
QPay is a common way to pay by QR code in Mongolia. Confirm your checkout shows it to a Mongolian visitor.
-
[ Two time zones for snapshots ]
Most of the country uses UTC+8, the three western aimags UTC+7. Schedule price checks with that hour of difference in mind.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile, about 110 addresses in the mobile pool. There are no ISP static or datacenter IPv4 addresses for Mongolia. Turbo is the default for scraping and SERP checks. Flex is for one city or one network by ASN. Mobile is for services that treat phone traffic as more trustworthy.
-
Turbo begins at $2 a GB and Flex at $3 a GB, and both drop as volume rises. Mobile is billed at $4 a GB. Mongolia has no monthly per-IP price, because no ISP or datacenter stock exists for it. One shared balance covers all three, so a Bing and Google comparison from both residential and mobile exits is one payment.
-
On Residential Flex you can filter by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, for example Ulaanbaatar only or Mobicom only via AS55805. Turbo stays at country level and rotates. Mobile is chosen by country for each connection. Outside the capital the residential pool is thin, so a city filter for Erdenet may return few exits at quiet hours.
-
Turbo and Flex rotate by default and both offer sticky sessions when a login has to stay on one IP. Flex sets that session time in minutes and can restrict exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses change with the carrier. A Mongolian address held for a full 30-day rental is not in the catalogue.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, all on the same credentials. UDP is on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are possible only on Turbo and only after support approves the task. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and never store traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment. That is when the credentials reach your dashboard. If Mongolian exits do not work or geolocate elsewhere, contact support within 24 hours and the payment is returned. The refund is for technical issues. Test unknown targets on a small balance first.

Yes. The Law on Personal Data Protection was adopted on 17 December 2021 and took effect on 1 May 2022. There is no single regulator; the National Human Rights Commission and the digital development ministry share oversight. A proxy does not change your duties. Prices on Shoppy.mn are not personal data, but contact details from unegui.mn listings are.
