A Montenegrin address for checking what local users see. Hotels and agencies on the coast watch competitor prices in Budva, Kotor and Herceg Novi. SEO teams check Google results for Podgorica. Advertisers confirm that campaigns aimed at Montenegro actually render there. QA teams test Montenegrin language versions of apps and sites.
Montenegro proxies for coastal tourism and local search
Montenegrin IPs come from Residential Turbo and Flex, priced from $2 a GB. The mobile pool for Montenegro is small: a handful of addresses, and availability changes during the day. We have no ISP or datacenter IPs here.
Google takes 96.59% of Montenegrin search, more than in neighbouring Croatia. Prices are in euro, though Montenegro is neither in the EU nor in the eurozone.
Montenegrin mobile addresses on One, Crnogorski Telekom and m, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Montenegrin home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Rental prices in Budva and Kotor ]
Coastal apartments and hotels price in euro, and a Montenegrin IP shows the offer a local guest gets, which may differ from a foreign one.
-
[ Montenegro proxy for Google rankings ]
With Google at 96.59% and Bing at 1.82% (Statcounter, September 2026), local SEO in Montenegro means one result page to watch.
-
[ Three mobile networks, close shares ]
At the end of 2025 m:tel held 41% of mobile users, Crnogorski Telekom 36% and One Montenegro 23%.
-
[ A .me domain is not an audience ]
The .me ccTLD opened in 2008 and is used worldwide, so a .me site may target anyone; a Montenegrin IP tells you what locals see.
-
[ Euro prices outside EU rules ]
Montenegro uses the euro but is not an EU member, so EU geo-blocking rules do not bind its shops and prices can differ by visitor.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex carry most of the work. Mobile exists, but the Montenegrin pool is small, a handful of addresses with availability that shifts through the day. There are no ISP static or datacenter addresses for Montenegro. Pick Turbo for volume and Flex when you need a city or a specific network.
-
Turbo from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB, both cheaper on larger packages. Mobile, when addresses are online, is $4 a GB. There is no monthly per-IP price for Montenegro. Daily rental price checks load mostly text, so they cost little. The balance is shared across products.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ZIP and ASN, so Podgorica only or Crnogorski Telekom's AS8585 only are settings in the dashboard. Coastal towns appear when residential exits there are online, which in a small country is not every minute. Turbo picks Montenegro and rotates the pool. Mobile is country-level.
-
Rotating by default. Both Turbo and Flex offer sticky sessions, so a booking form or a login keeps one IP. Flex sets the sticky lifetime in minutes and can restrict exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile addresses rotate with the carrier, and the small pool may need a retry. A static Montenegrin IP for 30 days is not available.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 share one set of credentials. UDP is available on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Turbo and are opened by support on request. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months. We do not log traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are in the dashboard. If the Montenegrin pool does not connect, shows the wrong country or runs far below the stated speed, open a ticket within 24 hours for a refund. Refunds cover technical issues, not a change of plan. A small package is the right first test.

Montenegro has its own Law on Personal Data Protection, supervised by the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information (AZLP). Telecoms are regulated by EKIP. Collecting public rental prices involves no personal data. Collecting names and phone numbers of private hosts does, and the proxy changes nothing about your obligations.
