To load the web as someone in Niamey or Zinder does. Telecom offers from Airtel or Zamani, prices in CFA francs, local Google results and ads targeted at Niger all change with the address. Researchers, media monitors, localisation testers and ad teams use Nigerien IPs to check content that foreign addresses do not get.
Niger proxies on Nigerien residential IPs
Nigerien addresses come through Residential Turbo and Residential Flex, both drawn from the 187-country pool and billed per GB. Mobile is thin here, a handful of IPs whose availability moves around the day. ISP and datacenter addresses for Niger are not offered.
Four mobile operators share about 17.35 million subscriptions, with Airtel the largest. Since March 2025 Hausa is the national language, English and French the working languages.
Nigerien mobile addresses on Airtel, Moov and Zamani, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Nigerien home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Niger proxy for Hausa localisation ]
The March 2025 charter named Hausa the national language and English and French the working ones; check which version a Niamey visitor gets.
-
[ Airtel leads a four-way market ]
ARCEP Niger counted Airtel at 46.25% of subscribers in mid-2024, Zamani Com 26.82%, Moov Africa Niger 22.53% and Niger Telecom about 4%.
-
[ Carrier ASNs for Flex filters ]
Airtel Niger announces AS37531, Zamani Telecom AS37233 and Atlantique Telecom Niger (Moov Africa) AS37205; Flex can filter by these when exits exist.
-
[ Google.ne almost alone ]
Statcounter had Google at 97.58% of Nigerien search in September 2026 and Bing at 1.95%, so SERP work in Niger is Google work.
-
[ Media and NGO research from Niamey ]
News sites, aid portals and radio streams can serve different content to a local address; a Nigerien IP shows the in-country version.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex. Mobile exists only as a handful of addresses that appear and disappear during the day, so treat it as a bonus. No ISP static IPs, no datacenter IPv4 for Niger. Turbo handles volume; Flex gives you city, region and ASN filters.
-
From $2 a GB on Turbo and $3 a GB on Flex, with lower rates as the package grows. Mobile is $4 a GB when addresses are online. A per-IP monthly price does not exist for Niger, as we have no ISP or datacenter stock there. One balance covers every product.
-
On Residential Flex, yes: it filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Niamey or Airtel's AS37531 is one setting. Small towns may return no exit, because the pool changes from minute to minute. Turbo and Mobile select the country and rotate inside it.
-
Rotating by default on both residential pools. Sticky sessions hold one IP through a login or a long form, and Flex lets you set that lifetime in minutes or restrict exits to Windows or Android. A Nigerien address rented for a whole month is not in our catalogue.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 run on one set of credentials. Turbo also carries UDP, while Flex is TCP only. Mail ports are available on Residential Turbo after support reviews your use case. Infrastructure logs are standard, kept up to three months, and hold no traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment, the credentials are in your dashboard. If the Nigerien exits do not connect or resolve to another country, write to support within 24 hours and the payment is refunded. A small first top-up is the cheapest test.

Law 2022-59 on personal data, amended by Law 2023-31 of 4 July 2023. It replaced the 2017 law. The HAPDP, an independent authority that started work in August 2020, supervises it. Price checks involve no personal data; collecting names or phone numbers does. Using a proxy leaves that responsibility with you.
