A Peruvian address on a home or mobile connection. With it you see Google.com.pe results for Lima or Arequipa, prices in soles on Mercado Libre Perú and Falabella, and ads bought for Peruvian audiences. App teams test sign-up and OTP delivery on Peruvian carrier IPs. Localisation teams confirm that a Spanish site does not serve Spain's version to Peru.
Peru proxies for Lima, Arequipa and Trujillo
Peruvian IPs come from Residential Turbo and Flex, from $2 a GB, and a mobile pool of about 120 addresses from $4 a GB. Peru has no ISP static or datacenter product with us.
Lima dominates, but not alone. PIT Peru runs exchange points in Arequipa, Trujillo, Cusco, Chiclayo and Piura, and regional results differ from the capital's.
Peruvian mobile addresses on Claro, Movistar, Entel and Bitel, about 120 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Peruvian home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Peru proxy on four mobile carriers ]
Claro (AS12252), Movistar, Entel (AS21575) and Bitel, run by Viettel Perú, share Peruvian phones; our mobile pool draws on carrier IPs.
-
[ Movistar's ASN now reads Integratel ]
AS6147, the old Telefónica del Perú network, is registered to Integratel Perú S.A.A. while customers still see the Movistar brand.
-
[ Checkout tests in the Yape era ]
Yape is the BCP app for transfers and payments, and checkout flows that hand off to it are best tested from a Peruvian connection.
-
[ Regional SEO beyond Lima ]
Google handled 91.87% of Peruvian searches in September 2026 and Bing 5.65% (Statcounter); Flex city filters cover Arequipa or Trujillo.
-
[ Data rules updated for e-commerce ]
Supreme Decree 016-2024-JUS, dated 30 November 2024, replaced the regulation of Peru's Law 29733 with rules aimed at e-commerce and AI.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. We have no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 for Peru. Turbo is the volume tool and supports UDP. Flex suits regional work, one city or one ASN at a time. Mobile, about 120 live addresses, is right for app QA and platforms that trust carrier traffic, not for mass rotation.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB, both cheaper on bigger packages. Mobile is from $4 a GB. Peru is billed by traffic only, since no static per-IP product exists for the country. Top up once and spend the balance across residential and mobile, in Peru or any other country.
-
Use Residential Flex. It filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Arequipa on Integratel's AS6147 or Lima on Claro's AS12252 is a setting when exits are online. Highland cities have smaller pools than Lima, so widen to the region if a filter comes back empty. Turbo rotates across all of Peru. Mobile is chosen per connection at country level.
-
They rotate unless you ask otherwise. Turbo and Flex both keep sticky sessions, and Flex lets you set the TTL in minutes and limit exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile IPs rotate as carriers reassign them and can be held sticky. A static Peruvian IP for 30 days is not available, because Peru has no ISP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5, all on one set of credentials. UDP is available on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Residential Turbo, and support opens them on request. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and the content of traffic is not recorded.
-
Credentials land in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. An address that will not connect, geolocates to Chile or Ecuador, or runs far below the stated speed counts as a technical fault. Report it within 24 hours and we refund it. A short ticket with the address is enough.

Law No. 29733 on personal data protection, in force since 2011, now with the regulation approved by Supreme Decree 016-2024-JUS. The Ministry of Justice's data protection directorate enforces it. SERP tracking, price checks and ad verification collect no personal data. Scraping profiles or phone numbers of Peruvians does, and that responsibility remains yours.
