Getting answers meant for Doha. Riyal prices on noon and Carrefour, which restaurants talabat and Snoonu show for Al Wakrah or Lusail, used car listings on Qatar Sale, and campaigns bought for Qatari viewers. Brands use it for price and promo checks, agencies for ad verification, developers for testing an Arabic and English launch.
Qatar proxies for Doha delivery apps, retail and search
Qatari IPs, sold by the gigabyte. Residential Turbo from $2 a GB and Flex from $3 a GB run on the 187-country pool, and about 130 mobile addresses on Qatari carriers cost $4 a GB. No ISP or datacenter IPs for Qatar.
Doha shops fast. Snoonu sits second only to noon in Qatari shopping search traffic, ahead of Lulu, Carrefour and Amazon, and delivery slots depend on a local address.
Qatari mobile addresses on Ooredoo and Vodafone, about 130 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Qatari home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Qatar proxy for quick commerce research ]
Ahrefs data for October 2026 puts noon, Snoonu, Lulu and Carrefour Qatar at the top of Qatari shopping sites by organic traffic.
-
[ Car prices on Qatar Sale ]
qatarsale.com is in the country's top ten shopping sites. Used car asking prices and dealer stock are a common monitoring target.
-
[ Two carriers, two ASNs ]
Ooredoo (AS8781) and Vodafone Qatar (AS48728) are the only mobile networks. Our pool holds about 130 of their addresses right now.
-
[ Search split between Google and Bing ]
Google takes 93.38% and Bing 5.14% of Qatari searches (Statcounter, September 2026); English and Arabic results differ, so track both.
-
[ QIX and Doha peering ]
The Qatar Internet Exchange, operated by the Communications Regulatory Authority, connects 31 networks in Doha according to PeeringDB.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile, nothing more. There are no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 for Qatar, so every option here is billed per gigabyte. Take Turbo for broad scraping. Flex helps when you need Vodafone Qatar or Ooredoo specifically. Mobile, about 130 live addresses, suits apps that treat carrier traffic as more trustworthy.
-
Residential Turbo begins at $2 a GB, Flex at $3 a GB, mobile at $4 a GB, each with lower rates on volume. Qatar has no monthly per-IP product because we hold no ISP or datacenter stock there. All three are paid from one balance, which keeps a mixed test of Snoonu on residential and mobile to one top-up.
-
Residential Flex can filter on country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. Most of the population lives in and around Doha, so the city filter mostly confirms what you already get. The ASN filter is the useful one: AS8781 for Ooredoo, AS48728 for Vodafone. Turbo and Mobile pick Qatar as a whole and rotate.
-
They rotate by default. Sticky sessions on Turbo and Flex hold one IP while a login or basket finishes, and Flex lets you define that lifetime in minutes. Flex also lets you keep only Windows or Android exits. Mobile IPs follow the carrier's own reassignment. A static Qatari IP for a month is not something we sell.
-
Each login works over HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5. UDP is available on Residential Turbo; Flex handles TCP traffic only. Mail ports are possible on Turbo, and only after support reviews your use case. Infrastructure logs are standard and kept up to three months, with no record of traffic content.
-
Credentials show up in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If the Qatari exits do not work or land outside the country, contact support within 24 hours and the payment is returned. Refunds cover technical faults, not a change of plan, so test with a small amount first.

Law No. 13 of 2016 made Qatar the first GCC state with a general data protection law, and the National Cyber Security Agency issues guidelines on it. Scraping public riyal prices raises no issue. Collecting names or numbers of private sellers on Qatar Sale does. Your obligations stay with you whatever IP you use.
