A Sudanese mobile address. With it you see local pages, Arabic search results and ads the way someone on a Sudanese phone network sees them. Typical work is market and media research, academic projects, localisation QA, ad verification and price checks of telecom bundles. It is a tool for seeing the local version of the web, nothing more.
Sudan proxies on Sudanese mobile carrier addresses
For Sudan we sell one product: mobile addresses on Sudanese carriers, billed from $4 a GB, with the country picked per connection. Residential Turbo and Flex do not cover Sudan. ISP and datacenter addresses do not exist here either.
The pool is small. A handful of addresses, and how many are live changes during the day. Sudan has kept UTC+2 since November 2017, with Arabic and English as official languages.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Sudan proxy for media research ]
Newsrooms and university teams check how Sudanese news sites and Arabic pages load for a reader inside the country, on a local carrier.
-
[ Localisation QA in Sudanese Arabic ]
An app that switches language, currency or catalogue by region can be tested on a real Sudanese mobile address before release.
-
[ Sudan carriers: Zain, MTN and Sudani ]
RIPE data lists Zain Sudan as AS36998, MTN Sudan as AS36972 and Sudatel, the company behind Sudani, as AS15706.
-
[ Ad verification for Sudan campaigns ]
A campaign geotargeted to Sudan renders only to a Sudanese address, so placement and creative checks have to start from one.
-
[ Sudan time for scheduled checks ]
Sudan moved from UTC+3 to UTC+2 on 1 November 2017, so snapshot schedules should use Africa/Khartoum rather than East Africa Time.

Only mobile, so the choice is simple. Residential Turbo and Flex do not cover Sudan, and there are no ISP or datacenter addresses for the country. The mobile pool is small: a handful of addresses whose number changes during the day. Plan light, scheduled checks instead of bulk scraping, and test with a small top-up first.
-
Mobile traffic starts at $4 a GB and gets cheaper on volume. You pay for gigabytes, not for addresses, and a few page checks a day use very little traffic. There is no monthly per-IP price for Sudan because no static stock exists for it. The same balance pays for any other country you add later.
-
No. Mobile addresses are chosen at country level for each connection, so you get Sudan, not Khartoum or Port Sudan in particular. City, region, ASN and ZIP filters belong to Residential Flex, which has no Sudanese exits. If a task depends on one carrier, ask support which network the live addresses sit on that day.
-
Rotating. A mobile address changes the way a phone's address changes on Zain, MTN or Sudani, and a session can be held sticky while the carrier keeps the IP. A static Sudanese address for a month is not in our catalogue. For a flow that must stay on one IP, keep it short and finish it in one go.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 work on the same login. Mail ports are not available for Sudan. We open them only on Residential Turbo, and Turbo has no Sudanese exits. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months; the content of your traffic is never recorded.
-
Credentials appear in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If the Sudanese pool does not connect or shows the wrong country, open a ticket within 24 hours and the payment comes back. Because the pool is small, connect once right after purchase to make sure it answers. A change of plans is not a technical issue.

They may, and checking them is your job. Depending on where you and your company are based, sanctions and export control rules can apply to services involving Sudan. The customer is responsible for complying with all applicable sanctions and export rules. Use the address for lawful research, testing and verification, within the terms of the sites you visit.
