A Timorese mobile IP, which ad platforms, app stores and search engines read as a phone user in Timor-Leste. You see Google results for the country, the ads bought for it and the app store version a local gets. Researchers and app teams entering ASEAN markets use it to check what a user in Dili sees.
Timor-Leste proxies on Timorese mobile IPs
For Timor-Leste we sell one product: mobile addresses on Timorese carriers, billed at $4 a GB. The pool is small, a handful of addresses, and availability shifts during the day. Residential, ISP and datacenter IPs are not offered here.
Three mobile operators run the networks: Telemor, Timor Telecom and Telkomcel. The currency is the US dollar, and the clock is UTC+9. Google takes 92.02% of searches.
Timorese mobile addresses on Timor Telecom, Telkomcel and Telemor, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Timor-Leste proxy on carrier networks ]
Telemor (Viettel, AS133606), Timor Telecom (AS38077) and Telkomcel (AS58731) are the three operators, and our addresses come from mobile ranges.
-
[ Tests for ASEAN's eleventh member ]
Timor-Leste joined ASEAN on 26 October 2025 in Kuala Lumpur; check whether your region-wide campaigns and storefronts now include it.
-
[ A new subsea cable to Darwin ]
The 607 km TLSSC cable from Dili to the North-West Cable System went commercial in late July 2026, the country's first subsea link.
-
[ Tetum and Portuguese interfaces ]
Both are official languages, so localisation QA needs a Timorese address to see which one an app or store picks by default.
-
[ Ad checks in a dollar economy ]
Prices are in US dollars, so only the IP tells an ad platform or shop that the visitor is in Dili, not in Guam or Ohio.

Only mobile. Residential Turbo and Flex are not available for Timor-Leste, and there are no ISP static or datacenter addresses either. The mobile pool is small: a handful of addresses, and availability changes during the day. If your task needs volume or a fixed IP, this country will not fit it today.
-
Mobile traffic costs from $4 a GB and gets cheaper on larger volumes. There is no monthly per-IP price, since there is no ISP or datacenter product for the country. Ad and app checks rarely need more than a few gigabytes, so start with a small top-up and see whether an address is online.
-
No. Mobile addresses are chosen at country level for each connection, so you get Timor-Leste but not a city or a named operator. The pool is too small for finer filters anyway. City, ASN and ZIP targeting exist only on Residential Flex, which is not offered for this country.
-
Mobile addresses change the way a phone's address changes on Telemor or Telkomcel, so treat them as rotating. A static Timorese IP rented for 30 days does not exist in our catalogue, because ISP addresses are not available here. For a short login flow, finish the steps quickly on one connection.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 run on the same credentials. Mail ports are not available for Timor-Leste: we open them only on Residential Turbo, and Turbo has no Timorese pool. Standard infrastructure logs are kept for up to three months, and traffic content is never recorded.
-
Credentials land in the dashboard about ten seconds after payment. If no Timorese address connects or the geo shows another country, write to support within 24 hours and the payment is refunded. With a pool this small, check availability on a small balance before a big test.

Until 2026 there was no international subsea cable, and traffic went out by satellite and other links. In late July 2026 state-owned Cabos de Timor-Leste opened the TLSSC cable, 607 km from Dili to the North-West Cable System landing in Darwin. Mobile latency may change as operators move traffic to it, so repeat timing tests later.
