A Turkmen IP address, which websites, ad networks and app stores read as a user in Turkmenistan. You see the Google and Yandex results served there, the ads targeted at the country and the regional version of an app. For localisation QA it shows your product the way a user in Ashgabat would get it.
Turkmenistan proxies on Turkmen residential IPs
Turkmen IP addresses for localisation QA, ad verification and academic research. Residential Turbo and Residential Flex cover Turkmenistan from the 187-country pool. Mobile, ISP static and datacenter addresses are not offered for this country.
Two state networks dominate: Türkmentelekom for fixed lines and its subsidiary Altyn Asyr for mobile. Google answers 90.51% of searches and Yandex 7.54%. The clock is UTC+5.
Turkmen home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Turkmenistan proxy for Google and Yandex ]
Yandex keeps 7.54% of Turkmen search beside Google's 90.51% (Statcounter, September 2026), so Russian-language queries deserve their own tracking.
-
[ Türkmentelekom and Altyn Asyr ASNs ]
Türkmentelekom routes on AS20661 and Altyn Asyr on AS59974; Flex can filter by either when the residential pool holds those exits.
-
[ Localisation in Turkmen Latin script ]
Turkmen is the state language and is written in Latin letters, so check fonts, special characters and date formats from a local IP.
-
[ A .tm domain is not a location ]
The .tm zone has been marketed to businesses as a trademark domain, so geo tests must look at the IP, never the domain.
-
[ Research on a state-run network ]
Both main operators are state-owned, and researchers comparing how sites and apps appear inside the country need a Turkmen exit.

Residential Turbo and Residential Flex, and nothing else. There is no mobile pool, no ISP static and no datacenter IPv4 for Turkmenistan. Turbo is the default for search checks and page collection. Flex is for ASN filters, a Windows or Android exit filter or a session lifetime you set yourself.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, both cheaper as volume grows. Turkmenistan has no per-IP monthly pricing, because neither ISP nor datacenter addresses exist for it, and no mobile tariff, because there is no mobile pool. One balance covers both residential pools.
-
Residential Flex filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP. The ASN filter is the practical one here: AS20661 for Türkmentelekom, AS59974 for Altyn Asyr. Whether Ashgabat or another city is online depends on the pool at that moment. Turbo picks the country and rotates across whatever Turkmen exits are live.
-
Both residential pools rotate by default and offer sticky sessions when a login or a form must stay on one IP. Flex lets you set the session lifetime in minutes. A fixed Turkmen address rented for 30 days is not sold, since there is no ISP product for the country.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 on a single set of credentials. Residential Turbo also carries UDP, while Flex is TCP only. Mail ports exist only on Turbo and are opened after support reviews the task. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and do not record traffic content.
-
About ten seconds after payment the credentials are in your dashboard. If the Turkmen pool does not connect or shows the wrong country, write to support within 24 hours for a refund. Refunds cover technical problems only, not a change of plans. Run your first test on a small top-up.

Law No. 519-V on information about private life and its protection took effect on 1 July 2017. It requires personal data sent abroad to be stored in Turkmenistan as well. Prices and ad placements are not personal data; user names and phone numbers are. A proxy does not change your obligations under that law.
