A Montevideo-style view of the web. Mercado Libre Uruguay shows peso prices and delivery times for a Uruguayan IP, Google.com.uy returns local results and Uruguayan ad campaigns render only to Uruguayan visitors. Edtech and gov-tech teams sometimes test against local conditions too, since Ceibal has put laptops in Uruguayan classrooms for years.
Uruguay proxies on Uruguayan residential and mobile IPs
Uruguayan addresses from three GeekProxy products: Residential Turbo and Flex traffic from $2 a GB, plus about 440 mobile IPs from $4 a GB. ISP and datacenter addresses are not offered for Uruguay.
The phone market changed recently. Movistar's Uruguayan site now redirects to Tigo, so carrier lists in old test plans need an update.
Uruguayan mobile addresses on Antel, Movistar and Claro, about 440 in the pool, rotating or sticky, from $4 a GB.
Uruguayan home IPs on Turbo and Flex, city and ASN targeting, sticky sessions, from $2 a GB.
Why GeekProxy:
-
[ Uruguay proxy on Antel lines ]
State-owned Antel (AS6057) is the incumbent operator, and Residential Flex can hold a whole session on that one ASN.
-
[ Movistar is now Tigo ]
Movistar.com.uy redirects to tigo.com.uy, while the ASN, AS19422, is still registered as Telefónica Móviles del Uruguay.
-
[ Mercado Libre and Gallito prices ]
Mercado Libre runs mercadolibre.com.uy with prices in Uruguayan pesos, and Gallito.com.uy carries local classifieds.
-
[ SERP tracking on Google.com.uy ]
Google handled 93.2% of Uruguayan searches in September 2026 and Bing 5.65% (Statcounter). Montevideo and Salto can still rank differently.
-
[ Uruguay data law with EU adequacy ]
Law 18,331 of 2008 and its updates put Uruguay on the European Commission's adequacy list, next to Argentina and Brazil.

Residential Turbo, Residential Flex and Mobile. There are no ISP static addresses and no datacenter IPv4 for Uruguay. Turbo suits volume crawling and handles UDP. Flex suits city or ASN work, say Antel only. Mobile, about 440 live addresses on 29 October 2026, suits apps and platforms that give phone traffic more trust.
-
Residential Turbo from $2 a GB, Flex from $3 a GB, Mobile from $4 a GB, with discounts on larger packages. No product for Uruguay is billed per IP, since there is no static stock here. Top up one balance and spend it across residential and mobile; unused gigabytes do not expire at the end of the month.
-
Yes, through Residential Flex. It filters by country, region, city, ASN and ZIP, so Montevideo on Antel's AS6057 is a simple setting when exits are online. Departments outside the capital have fewer exits, so check the live pool before a big run. Turbo targets the country and rotates. Mobile is picked per connection at country level.
-
They rotate by default. Turbo and Flex both offer sticky sessions, and Flex lets you set the TTL in minutes or limit exits to Windows or Android devices. Mobile IPs change as the carrier reassigns them and can be held sticky for a session. A static Uruguayan IP for 30 days does not exist here, because there is no ISP product.
-
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5 with one set of credentials. UDP is supported on Residential Turbo; Flex is TCP only. If you need mail ports, they exist only on Residential Turbo and support opens them on request. We keep standard infrastructure logs for up to three months and do not log what passes through.
-
Roughly ten seconds after payment the Uruguayan credentials are in the dashboard. A technical fault, for example an address that will not connect, geolocates to Argentina or runs far under the stated speed, is refunded if you report it within 24 hours. One ticket to support is enough.

Law No. 18,331, the Personal Data Protection and Habeas Data Act of 2008, with Decree 414/009 and later amendments. The URCDP, inside AGESIC, enforces it. Price checks, SERP tracking and ad verification do not touch personal data. Scraping profiles of Uruguayan residents does, and the proxy never shifts that responsibility away from you.
